Dunno. Dont you have to be refered to this site? Or was that just in the beginning? Maybe when they sign up have a EULA that tells them if their 1st post requests a source they get banned.
 
Just people being lazy is all it boils down too. They want to be spoon fed, they don't want to put in any leg work to get what they want. Probably most of these are young guys, part of that instant gratification generation.

Listen bro... you need to use some common sense from now on and realize that you can't just come right out and ask something like that without earning some trust or at least providing a bit around here... it doesn't take a genius to figure that out bro... use your head and make some posts, provide to the community, earn some trust and everyone will be happy to help... that being said... take a look around and im sure you will find and excellent "domestic supplier" lingering around in some threads...

Do what I did bro, read the threads first. Your gonna learn on your own who we recommend. Always helps to post an intro, not asking for sources but saying a little about yourself. Once the brothers see you want to learn and be part of EVO, you'll be takin care of
