However, certain steroids like tren, although they don't effect the liver specifically - are extremely hard on the body as a whole. It still helps to run N2Guard with injectable cycles. Although most are not going to stress the liver, it will help with other organs/systems as well. Great job asking and keeping health at the forefront.

If I could, I would definitely add N2Guard on a cycle, whether it includes orals or not. Its always beneficial to keep prevention and safety of your organs first, before its too late. Regarding the toxicity - muskate & steve pretty much answered the key question

Winstrol is also liver toxic, even when it is an injectable form, since it comes with methylation too, which is one of the reasons it can be drank for the same effects. Also, many lose out of sight that trenbolone will also affect the liver, although not such an extent as oral steroids will, but there will still be a noticeable effect on the liver too.
the injectable version can be drunk because the c17aa structure should protect winstrol from being broken down by the liver. In reality, many bodybuilders do take winstrol in this way because the tablets are more expensive, and it is more cost effective to swallow the liquid form of winstrol to experience the same effects.

Indeed. But I simply asked what type of liver damage is specific to Test E. I'm thinking that there is no type of liver damage that is specific to Test E.
Man this a great thread! It just keeps brining up all the important questions everyone has and all in one thread. So, what is the conclusion on Test E? With Test E and Test C being so close, wouldn't the side affects be there as well? I can't say I have ever heard, or read anything where Test E is toxic to the liver. However, I don't know as much as many do on here. Great information brothers!!!
Yep. The injectable do not suffer first pass, therefore they are less harmful to the liver. Depending on which injectable and the dosage you are using they are still VERY prone to stressing the liver.
