Ok. 4 weeks into a t and Deca I fell off scaffolding and blew up my knee. Needless to say I have skipped all this week at gym. I'm thinking next week I can at least hobble myself to do chest arms but that's about it... maby shoulders a if I sit down. Should I keep pinning? If So should I trim back (1cc now of each). I'm really frustrated I was feeling and looking good. Making good gains ect...let me know guys thanks

The first thing you need to do is go to a doctor and get your injury properly checked out. You can turn a slight injury into a very severe one if you aren't careful. If your doctor diagnoses your injury as not severe, I would continue with your cycle. Most people run a test and deca cycle 12-16 weeks. If you are only off from training legs for 1-2 weeks, thats only a small fraction of your cycle. I know it's frustrating by life happens. Just focus on getting better.

I would start supplementing with 10g of fish oil per day to try and bring inflammation in the area down. I would also start supplementing with a good joint/ligament supplement like n2joint rx from n2bm.com to help repair the joints/ligaments.

Take it easy your first week back in the gym training legs. Train like a lazy pro bodybuilder. Get a pump, talk to a few cute girls, but don't break a sweat.

I am a veteran so I go to the VA. I'm schedule to get a mri on the 2 1st. They are not really helpful on these matters. Already taking joint support and fish oil.. hopefully it's a not that bad. At first look doc thinks torn ACL

I am sorry for the misfortune that happened to you - hope everything is not as bad as it seems. I agree with @muskate - you need to get checked by a doc to see how bad it is, and then decide from there on if you should continue working out after a little break, or you would need a greater break.

If the injury is not all that serious, continue with the cycle, and just workout on the other parts of the body, and if it is serious, then you can consider stopping the cycle and going into PCT.

if it is a torn ACL you will have to get it fixed. I'm sorry this happened. but atleast you have medical coverage because that will be an expensive surgery

make sure you find a good physical trainer who can re-hab that thing properly so you can come back next year

Where the Hell are you.
My VA does every type of Surgery.

But you now have the Option of the "Veteran's Choice Program".
If your VA either can't get you an Appt. within 30 Days.
Or they don't Offer the Particular Service, you can go pretty much where you want to.
As long as the Provider accepts the "Choice Program", and pretty much everyone does.................................. JP
P.S.
If you need any Help in this Dept., let me know via the "Visitor's Message Tab".

I live in Cypress Texas just out side of Houston. In my experience thay might do all types of services but not for me. Ie. I do martial arts and got MSRA a bad staph infection it took 4 trips and a physical threat for me to get proper treatment. .. it's a racket

If your Local VA is giving you any Problem.
Go see the "Patients Advocate".
They are there just for that very reason........................................... JP

It is completely a personal choice. If you want to, you can certainly keep going and continue to make gains on the parts you can train. If you won't have the same motivation or aren't 100% dedicated due to the injury, you can PCT and save your gear for when you are recovered and healthy again.

All solid advice. Thank you. I don't want to loose anymore than I have too in this set back. I will continue to train around my knee. It's motivation for me to gimp my way to the bench and push sone weight. I will make it up. I was a hoping the gear might help the healing process but no one chimed in on that I'll trim back keep my pumps and go hard later...

i have a couple stomach hernias..

those were from my power lifting days

In the last two weeks i have built 2 outdoor kitchens. First pic is of a Italian pizza oven 800 lbs, second is the fireplace that has 3 inch thick granite that weighs about 1100 lbs per slab. The granite was no picnic. Up 4 stories...but really it popped out Sunday after a hog hunt. I did do deadlifts but that was days before it popped out.. i personally think a tic bite messed me up. Tick bites mess me up real bad.

You can say what you want about Canada but at least we don't have ticks. Our weather is horrible but it at least keeps away things like rats, ticks etc.

Hope you feel better soon bro!

And roaches. We have none up where I live. Then again, we get 7 months of winter.
