Hello All
I am a 36 year old guy and I am into body building and power lifting, I am very early on in the sport but I am enjoying hanging out at the gym and beating personal bests. I am currently trying to drop body fat in preparation for a lean muscle cycle which I have not decided the details of yet. I guess a way to break the ice with you all is to tell you my goals, I have a 12-18 month project where I want to get my waste down to 32" and to be benching 160Kg minimum and to avoid water retention and gyno.
Anyway sorry about the weird intro, never know what to write. I hope to meet some good people on here and hopefully some good friendships.
