Hello All

I am a 36 year old guy and I am into body building and power lifting, I am very early on in the sport but I am enjoying hanging out at the gym and beating personal bests. I am currently trying to drop body fat in preparation for a lean muscle cycle which I have not decided the details of yet. I guess a way to break the ice with you all is to tell you my goals, I have a 12-18 month project where I want to get my waste down to 32" and to be benching 160Kg minimum and to avoid water retention and gyno.

Anyway sorry about the weird intro, never know what to write. I hope to meet some good people on here and hopefully some good friendships.
 
Welcome to the board. We are glad to have you here. It sounds like you have a really good plan in place.

Check out cardarine gw. It is by far the best supplement you can take to increase fat loss and endurance. http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

It would be a great supplement to take with your goals. Sarms1.com carries a great product. It is non-hormonal and not a stimulant.
 
Hi

Just had a look at cardarine, its a good article and seems to be something that would benefit but it does not say how it is administered. Thing is I have never injected and it is something that worries me because of getting it wrong or infections ect (its a big step to take). I was looking at something called anavar is anyone familiar.

Any Idea what you current BF% is, or best approximation................................................. JP

Last time I checked it was 30% but that was measured using scales with two electric plates that are known to be very inaccurate. I would love to learn a more accurate way if you can suggest anything it would be appreciated. I think the long trusted method is using some pincers and a formula to give you the answer, I know it is quite complex but I'm the kind of guy who will put the effort in to learn.

I've found that if you use Calipers, they work OK for the money.
It'll give you an Idea of where you're at.
The best is a Dexa Scan or Bod-pod.
Bod Pod testing is around $45, depending on where you live.

But a good set of Calipers will give you a Ballpark figure....................................................... JP
P.S.
They come with Instructions and a Scale based on age and gender.
