Hello guys! New here and to aas. I'm 46yrs old ,married with one teenage daughter and one grown son. Life is great! I've been on trt for 1.5yrs at 300mg every 2wks of Pfizer test cyp. Drs office only open in my city for 3hrs on 2 days a week and I missed shots frequently due to work.Recently had test pellets inserted and am waiting on blood work. I want to do my first cycle after pellets wear off. I responded well to the shots from Dr. I'm starting to tighten up my diet while I wait. I've been lifting since teens off and on. I'm 6'2 and 290lbs right now. I'm pretty solid though.I bench over 4plates and have worked my deadlift back up to high fives post surgery on my foot last year. My bp, cholesterol etc is good. I'm healthy. Thanks for any input.
 
Welcome man. My first advice to you is to diet and train a little more, at least 6 months. 6'2 290 is no where safe to be running an anabolic steroid cycle
 
Yeah. I would like to be under 250 before 1st cycle. I just want to be strong and leaner/healthy. Thanks!
 
I've been lurking on a few of these sights for a while. The people on this board get along well and are easy going, that's why I chose it! The meso board seems like an angry place.No joke!

Can't do that. I tell ya was that the only way the dr would prescribe? Lower fat is higher test and less estrogen not to mention plague in the arteries however ripped city just to run would need the scientific data. With aas more muscle will be made unless one isn't working out so can't wrap my head around that. I like getting some to however beast mode and getting jacked while lifting heavy weights is a ****. Everyone has their own agenda however listening and taking through advice is the safest route.
 
Yeah, it was a trt clinic. Dr would not give script for shots, I had to go there for injections every 2 weeks. I now have test pellets and am waiting on blood work. Haven't had a shot in 9 wks but I feel great so I assume its working.

As for the cycle, you should get into a better shape before jumping into AAS. SARMs would be a much more adequate alternative for you, since they are designed for cutting. Do a SARMs triple stack cycle, and it will condition you very well before an AAS cycle.
 
To bad on the script -- never heard of the pellets however it's probably slow release so your test should be up -- I'd ride that out and clean up food intake to minimize excessive fat deposits. Besides you spike you T with non prescribe see your DR then he would probably cut you off. The DR is the best option 1.Legal legal legal -- strict workout program and add in some cardio

You said you are 290 right now and want to get down to 250, where does 290 put you on the BF% of things?
 
To be honest , I would say my body fat is above 25%. I'm also one of this people that carries all my weight in my torso/gut. I started doing cardio about 2 wks ago. I'm going to up my cardio slowly til Im up to 5 days a week, currently at 3 days. I ride my bike at a good pace for 45min. At my weight and age, running is out of the question. Appreciate the input!
 
I got ya bro and what they are saying is true. No worries with the jogging /running I can understand that to as well -- swimming elliptical and biking -- it is the best idea to clear up the food intake and burn that excess off first -- some theromgentenics (sp) would be some thing I would look for first -- fasting cardio ever morning not 2-3 times a week every
Morning with some body weight stuff then end of the hit some weights eat light cardio stretch sleep repeat that's what needs to happen

I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down first. I am not sure what your body fat is at but at 290 pounds it is probably quite high. Running a cycle with a high body fat percentage will put a lot of unnecessary stress on your organs and liver. Wait until you are 12-14% body fat before starting a cycle.

If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day

Try the step mill. It is my favourite cardio machine. It is by far the hardest cardio machine. Give it a try.

Bro you can get down to 6'2 230-240 15% very easily with just a better diet, and faster than you think.. Remember it is a marathon and not a sprint. When you get in a little better shape I'd be more than happy to help you out, but right now I'm just concerned more about your overall health
 
Welcome brother!!! Nothing but positive helping hands here!! I would say to make sure and have a great diet because that is key, then your cardio of course. I would recommend keeping things switched up, training wise, to never let your body get use to a specific routine.
