I’m looking to put together a good recomposition stack. With ipamorelin as my base.
I’m thinking that I’m gonna be doing around 200 mcg twice a day before my meals.
What else do you think I should use with it? And is this dosage going to be good?
I’m currently 215 lbs and around 20% body fat.
