Is it back pumps?

Currently just finished week 6 of 500mg test c cycle. Haven't had any lower back problems until today. I noticed throughout the day my lower back and into my upper glutes felt tight and a little painful. When I went to the gym and started a set of squats it started hurting real bad. Didn't feel like I had pulled a muscle it just freakin hurt bad. I did leg presses next and couldn't even really push myself because of the pain. I can feel it on both sides of my lower back through the middle of my glutes. Not really familiar with what back pumps feel like. Is that what I'm dealing with here or does this sound like something else.

And to those that read my blood pressure thread, I bought a bp reader and I guess I was just making myself nervous thinking about my blood pressure because I've been getting much better readings.

Are you sore all the time or only when you train? At a guess it sounds more muscular.. i strained my lower back a few weeks ago and it spread down to my glutes. i don't get back pumps in my glutes

No, it hurts a little bit when I walk, and not trying to be gross but it hurts pretty good when I have a bowel movement. Pretty much only when im training or putting it under strain. It doesn't hurt when I'm sitting or relaxed.

sounds like a pinched nerve causing the issue. take a break for a bit, if you have a bulging disc it will pinch the nerve and the only cure for that is rest. if you keep pounding you will herniate it.

if it hurts then stop. crazy concept i know, but if you do this you will limit chronic injuries

I appreciate the responses. How many weeks should I allow before I go to my urologist to get my levels checked? Its not for a few months and I can always move the appointment just was curious. If he did in fact discover i was taking gear on top of my trt, do they usually decide to cancel me as a patient or just inform about the dangers of using AAS? I wish I could just tell him it would be easier on me but I definitely dont want to risk losing my prescription. I suppose if he did cancel me I could always just find another doctor. Seems like that would be bad practice to cancel a patient that medically needs testosterone just because I use gear. But who knows, i know y'all don't have a crystal ball.
