This is my first cycle in over 4 years. ..I'm lean, but In need of rebuilding some muscle lost during pregnancy.

10 mgs anavar
20mgs cardarine
12.5 Ostarine

8 weeks
What do you think?

Looks solid. I really can't think of anything to add or subtract, from your other thread you said you labmax your var so obviously you know what you are doing. Any reason you'd cycle for 8 weeks instead of 10-12? I'm assuming you are going for a more conservative approach...
 
8 weeks if what I've always done. .seen good results. Do you think benefits would be greater with a few extra weeks?
 
I plan to split the dose of var....cardarine per workout. Ostarine in the morning. On non training low intensity cardio only days how should I dose?
 
Just to add in. ..should I continue taking a pre workout? Or fat bring stim on this cycle?? Or just run those three things? ?
 
I don't see any reason to use stims with cardarine at all. GW is going to help you lose the extra weight "if" you put in cardio as that is the activating mechanism behind GW. Just eat clean, work hard, cardio plenty and you will be a very happy girl. Best wishes ; )

*** save the stress on your heart and stay away from stims - embrace cardio and be kind to your heart.
 
BTW Cardarine and Osta just dose daily - no need to skip days or split doses just take everything in the morning and be done with it.
 
Cost/benefit the results would be greater if you ran it a few extra weeks but so would the sides (duh). If it gave you good results in the past I don't see a reason to push it.

Both cardarine has a half life of 24hrs, some people split doses but it's not necessary. I feel the best taking cardarine in a single dose pre workout but I also tried a week's worth of split dosing.

If you like your pre workout keep it in. Cardarine doesn't have a stim effect on the cns like a pre workout or fat burner. I really only feel cardarine between sets as I'm recovering or when I'm doing cardio, I still crave that amped up I-wanna-kill-everything feeling on pre workout.
 
I do enjoy that feeling on pre workout as well. ...but if need be I can get myself there mentally for sure. If the benefits weigh out the sides I'm about it. ...having said that I plan to post weekly updates when I'm on....if I wanna push it to 10 to 12 I would reevaluate about week 5....giving myself enough time to restock and continue. Thanks for your insight
 
That sounds exactly like the first cycle I'm putting together for my wife now. Went with Vermodje Var for her (Also grabbed enough for me to kickstart my first cycle with once I drop a few more bf%).

Since you've run Var cycles before, I'm curious what your experience was. Lean gains? Good loss in trunk fat? Any sides?

This will be my 5th time running var. My second ever cycle I ran 20mgs....saw crazy gains. ... every other one was 10mgs. I've done var/clen(awesome cutting cycle, but was to grainy in my opinion for a girl), var/gh (amazing but very costly), var alone(solid) and now var/sarms. During my first cycle ever it was a big joke between my brother (who was not happy about my descion to cross over to the dark side as he called it) and I that I would have a mustache, enlarged lady parts, acne etc. However, I've never had any of those sides. At 20mgs, I did get crazy crazy sometimes painful pumps....but I managed them. If this is your wife's first cycle she will see awesome results. As far as overall bf...definitely a decrease. Muscles will definitely get bigger and feel harder. It sounds like your wife is built like me. ...Beyonce legs and trunk...to keep those bad boys in check, I train legs heavy as hell. I'd rather have big muscular legs then big flabby legs. Anavar isn't going to change our body makeup. When on I do cardio 7 days a week. ...low intensity on days I don't train. Clean diet.

Keep an eye out on any sides and evaluate every 2 weeks. That's what I do. Make sure the pros are out weighing the sides.

I'm excited for your wife.....and you since you stocked up to. My husband did as well.
 
When you say log this run. ...do you mean keep an open thread or start something else. I'm newer here and I don't know exactly how to do everything. Help me!

Awesome, thanks for the info. You're right, she has pretty awesome musculature by default. Not a stitch of cellulite naturally, nice solid round thighs\backside, etc. She doesn't have to work too hard to get her legs really muscular, if anything she tries not to put on too much muscle on her thighs.

She's mainly trying to tighten up everything, drop that last bit of stubborn stomach fat. I'm really stoked for her (and me).

I'm not going to say right yet. I'm not sure of the code of ethics on that yet. But once I receive and begin this cycle I will definitely post a review and status.

Day 1 week 1....started today. I feel good about this cycle...I'm excited. Started 30 mins of fasted cardio this morning. No major changes or anything to report. ...

Week 1 day 3.

First noticeable....I'm sleeping like a freaking baby. I wake up feeling awesome, super refreshed.

Morning cardio seems easier but I'm not feeling the gw to its fullest quite yet.

Diet is spot on. Although I have noticed I feel a tad hungrier then normal but nothing I can't mentally deal with.

Monday was chest and tris...killed it.

Looking forward to back and bis today. ...

I'm update again after 1 week on. Unless anything comes up.
 
Week 2 day 1

Cardio is a freaking breeze. Sweating more then normal. Overall body temp running a tad higher then normal.

Slight mental fog....this is new for me. I sleep awesome but am a bit of an air head at times. Nothing major.

Sex drive is way way up. ...I won't go into much detail...but I'm the female version of a minute man. Lol!

Strong as hell. My workouts are intense....my endurance is awesome. I feel like I could train for hours.

My appetite is surpresed for sure making it a tad hard to get my meals in. But nothing I can't push thru.

Muscles are hard as a rock. ...pumps are intense. My water intake is thru the roof....I skipped the taurine (I have it on hand just in case ) but between uping the water and a banana a day. ..I'm good. Worst I've had was after shoulders on friday.....I couldn't get my arms pushed back enough to hold the damn bar to squat at first....I streched and was ok.

Soooo....far sooooo good
 
Week 3 day 2

First I want to start off negative....my husband and I had some personal issues come up on friday....bringing me down a bit. Because our family needed us this weekend, I haven't weight trained since thursday.

HOWEVER, staying positive and moving on.

Sleeping great

Appitite is surpressed...but again nothing I can't get over

Strength is way way up. ..which is great. I hit a personal record and goal on squats 175 for 8.

My weight is down a few lbs but I am holding a little water...so overall fat loss is more then a few lbs.

My most noticeable difference is in cardio.....it's absolutely amazing the amount of endurence I have. I could literally go for hours. (I have cardio equipment at my house, so I've been doing doing cardio whenever I got the chance this weekend) my husband and i decided to take a hike and unload on Sunday. ...literally hiked 10 miles.... adding in some Hitt along the way. It was a breeze. I just can't say it enough.

I will be back in the gym weight training today. ..because of my 4 day break...I plan to go in doing a full body circut.

I'm loving this cycle....and starting to prepare my next. (Lol)
 
Wonderful update and I love hearing that your cardio is going strong. I am addicted to cardio but I always try to have a good balance of solid physique and solid cardio. Post up some progress pics when you can. Cardio is the standard for seeing solid weight loss and combined with lifting - lean body gains one much easier. Life happens all the time but yes - train when you can and enjoy every second of it.

I can respect privacy and still in to follow your progress. We have a members pic section it has been neglected the past two months. Nobody should be afraid to post - we are all works in progress and perfection is always out of reach. Mostly its best to support one another. I plan to get some up after come May. Keep up the cardio!!!

Week 4 day 2....

Everything is going great. Strength is literally thru the roof. Not really loosing weight steadily but gaining muscle for sure so body fat is going down.

Cardio is cake. ...it seems my legs fatigue long before my mind and body do, if that makes sense.

Sex drive is nuts...I feel like a teenage boy. Major heighten sensitivity.

First signs of any sides literally started 4 weeks in. ..I have 2 small blemishes, which I know are because of this cycle because I never get breakouts. I uped my water intake. They are so small and not really noticeable other then to me. ...because I'm always in the damn mirror. I'm going keep an eye on that. But I don't see it being an issue.

Yesterday was shoulder day....after the first exercise I literally was in so much pain that I had to push to my absolute limit to thru the rest of the workout. The pump was intense. It lasted about 20 minutes after I finished my workout. I have taurine on hand but threw an extra banana in my diet today. I'll how back and bis goes today.

Other then that everything is going great. ...loving this cycle. Planning another for august. My husband thinks I should hit a low dose primo cycle, or up the var. I'm doing my research.... I've always steered away from pinning (except for gh)...but we will see. What do you think? ? I'd like to increase size. ..but I def don't want any icky sides.
 
Nice update on the progress. Anavar also gives me incredible strength. As far as a future cycle we had another woman member using primo but I am no authority o give you guidance. Low dose of GH I have heard of women using with sucres and along side var I could see it being a nice addition.

Still seeing very small decrease in the scale. ..but I see change in the mirror so that's all I care about.

Small amount of blemish here and there...on my face. But very small. ...

This week is supposed to be my menstrual cycle. ..I have all the symptoms of that. ..slight bloat, tired, increased Appitite etc. ......but no actual blood flow. Don't mean to be so graphic....

I'm thinking about tapering off instead of stopping cold turkey...starting Monday I will take 2.5 mgs two times per day for 2 weeks. ....

I'll keep you updated.

Give feedback for next cycle.....I'm ready to take it up a notch. ...

ive heard of this happening with other women while being on. search on google. i bet you will find others too.

Hey all. ...week 6 day 3

Began to taper down. ..sarms are sane dose, as is caradine BUT reduced the var to 5mgs for week 6 and 7. All feeling great. Still super strong. Cardio is cardio....easy. I'm down 3lbs...nothing huge...buy I want looking for huge weight loss...more muscle gains.

After lowering the dose...I got my period. Nothing major (I never have a major period...always light and short) blemishes went away completely. I'm currently researching the link between menstrual cycle, blemishes and the anavar dose. Trying to figure out exactly what was going on. ...if they were all related or not. I'll def post when I think I've gotten the link or not.

I'm under 2 weeks from the end of this cycle....I'm happy with it.

I really want more muscle. I'm exploring different female options for a future cycle.

Everything is going well. I feel confident that I will be able to figure out why I had the slight "blemishes" sides and avoid those the next time.
 
aggirl...good looking cycle...looks VERY nice and overall good results...my girl said she had period problems with anavar not sure how long but ill check she said for duration of the anavar cycle if i remember correctly....how much bodyfat do you think you lost?
 
Week 7 day 2

This is my final week.....I will be done as of Sunday. I'm not looking forward to it. Everything is going well. ....I ended up getting my period....and then it lingered, very annoying. Acne is so minimal and easily maintained by tanning and good skin cleaning routine. Sex drive was down a tad....but its normal I would say. Definitely not crazy like the first 4 weeks.

Weight is about the same.

I got exactly what I wanted out of this cycle....with minimal to no sides really.

I'm happy.

I'm planning my next cycle....I want to cut natural a tad more with diet...then hit a lean bulk cycle. I'm very interested in PA primobolan injectable cycle...but I am nervous about the sides and pip with primo. I'm watching mrs. Mountain man's thread. I haven't heard of any sides yet.

My feminine look is so so important to me, as far as face, voice etc. .....

How long do you guys suggest I wait to start again? ? The typical time on/time off rule, longer? Little shorter??

Give me some feedback....
 
Very Nice! I would say time on should equal time off. Maybe run a little longer to make sure. I would research everything you can about primo that way you can make the best informed decision. Fantastic job it always feels good to do something and know you did it well and then reach for more.
 
IMO instead of adding primo you should run 20mg of var and see how you feel on that for your next cycle...then work up from there. Good job though! That cardarine is from sarms1?

Yes it is from sarms 1. ALSO, I've considered upping the dose of var. ...but it honestly scares . However, I have time decide and plan. ...and I will post my plan when the time comes. Thank you for the feedback
