Keeping my gains

Hi guys-

Im on my first blast on a test C only cycle at 500 per week..(250) every Monday and Thursday. My regular TRT dose is 200. (self diagnosed script)

Im in week 4 and really enjoying the ride so far. Im going to run 500 per week for 16 weeks then go back to 200 per week. (TRT dose)

My diet is clean and cardio is on point. Will I keep the majority of my gains from the 16 week blast since I am on TRT? Or will I still lose gains?

a little background on me... I consider myself advanced in weight training, but no expert.. Im 43, 216 LBS, 5'11...This is my first blast. Been on TRT for 15 weeks before running this Blast. HIIT cardio 4x per week sometimes 5. I lift on a 5 day split. I eat 6 times per day clean. Lean proteins, and complex carbs with each meal. 300g protein and 200 carbs per day. Post workout shake immediately after my let set in the gym.

thats a question for a psychic... i dont mean to be a dick but the gains questions are just horrible...noone knows what you will or will not keep... noone can answer that for you
 
you will never keep all your gains or strength coming off steroids.. think about how absurd it is to tell you that yeah you will. then everyone would be 1000 pounds of muscle and be able to bench 1000 pounds easy by now

you need to treat this as a 2 steps forward, 1.8 steps back and have a long term approach

Unfortunately TRT doesnt make it easier to keep gains. That's a big myth. You cant go from superphysiological levels to normal levels and expect to look and perform the same. So yeah you obviously lose gains but still usually end up better than before you started or you hope so anyways
 
Since you're cruising at 200 I dont see you losing much gains or any really if you keep hitting the gym hard, most people who dont cruise have to deal with completely crushed endogenous production which you wont, the only thing is 16 weeks is a long cycle but maintaining muscles is easier than gaining. Good luck

I would hope that you have pre and mid "TRT" bloods as well as blast bloods but I bet you don't and your self-prescription is based on your "feels" haha
