I love N2BM supplements and was going though their site what are your thoughts on KRILL-TS for joint lubrication?
 
I'm almost done with my bottle of krill ts and though I don't have a probblem with my joints, I have noticed it has reduced the popping in my knees I get every so often from crouching down. Great product and I'm no rep
 
Krill oil is a fantastic supplement. Not just for anti-inflamattion and joint lubrication but also for overall health.

Krill are basically baby fish. Krill oil has a lot of additional benefits to just regular fish oil.

It's kind of like comparing broccoli sprouts to regular broccoli. Both are health but broccoli sprouts are obviously much healthier of the two.
 
It is a hella good supplement that will replace fish oil for you. It will be extremely beneficial for the joints, and for many other aspects of your health. You will not regret using this Krill oil.
 
Thank you everyone for your great thoughts on this :-) this makes me extremely happy to hear I have always had knee joint problems and now my shoulder is starting to pop so I'm hoping to find something to help.. I will be giving it a try with high hopes with time

i also want you to look into rotator cuff exercises to increase mobility. popping shoulders are a tell tale sign of rotator cuff danger. might want to lay off exercises that put pressure on the shoulders for a bit. bench, military, incline, dips, pullups, behind back pulldowns etc. we tend to destroy our shoulders TOO Much in the gym. the younger guys/gals do that but us older guys need to be smarter

I know I have made my fair share of mistakes not knowing better.. My shoulder has about no fluid left in the sac, and a distal fracture of the clavicle causing marrow edema according to my mri a few months back... Also there is a type 3 hook narrowing the rotator cuff outlet.. It pops and grinds almost non stop now.. I have cut tons out of my workouts taking it easy on it the best I can..
 
I use Krill-TS and fish oil. Krill oil is actually a great option because there is no risk of overfishing like there is with fish oil. I currently take 7g of fish oil and 2g of krill oil per day.
