i'm going to tell you something that will change your life forever.
if you EVER eat something that your body does not agree with, then DON'T EAT IT!! crazy concept i know
people are too caught up with enzymes, fiber, probiotics and whatever supp they can get their hands on to cover up their poor food choices. you shouldn't NEED to take an enzyme in the first place. if your body does not like what you put in it then avoid. A LOT of people have not just lactose intolerances but also gluten. and a lot of times you don't realize both of those are in foods. so the best thing is to know what you are putting in your body too, that is why i avoid restaurant food as much as possible
