Today was back n bis, done a small workout again but will be increasing my workout in a couple days. Back into sauna now for an hour or so

Probably the first time in a while since you've been hydrated enough to hit the sauna. Nice to get back in the swing of things I'm sure and sauna is always great for sleep
 
Hit a small legs workout today, but will be back doing full workouts in 2 days since I’m feeling a whole lot better

I want to apologise for my absence, I took a break off my Vyvanse and got very depressed and didn’t leave my bedroom other then going to bathroom. I lost some of my muscle and gained a good amount of fat but on the bright side I was sleeping 15 hours a night haha. I’ve started training again and today was a push day so I did
3x12 flat bench
3x12 incline dumbell press
3x12 high to low cable flyes
3x12 lateral raises
3x12 Tricep pushdown
2x10-12 close grip bench press

I’m feeling really good and motivated at the moment so I’ll be trying my hardest to stay consistent. Again I apologise for not posting on my log and being absent.

Glad to hear you're feeling better. Depression is a really tough to deal with and I totally get why posting would be the last thing you want to do. Zero need to apologize. We're happy to have you back!

Atleast you finally caught up on your sleep lol. Nice to see you looking on the bright side!

welcome back to the EVO family :D so you have an addiction to vyvanse thats not good, are you able to lower the dose to start getting off it? slowly? @Eheoew
 
Thank you mate it’s good to be back and not depressed haha. When I see my psych again I’ll be asking him to lower the dose.
lets try to lower if you can slowly :D

Takes longer than two weeks for the testosterone to get out of your system. Two or three more weeks from now you'll definitely notice a little bit of a crash so make sure that you're ready for that. @Eheoew

Bros, that's a good sign, but don't worry, you're gonna lose some strength, that's pretty normal. @Eheoew It's about how you come back from that.

@Eheoew Nice update, man. I'm curious to see what happens over the next couple weeks and what kind of changes happen. It's always fun to come off testosterone, haha.
 
Hit legs today felt pretty good other then my chest tris and shoulders killing me from push day haha
Nice updates. I like how you keep it short and to the point. Be careful if your shoulders are killing you. Don't hit them again until they feel better. Might be a good idea to run some healing peptides. @Eheoew
