I want to apologise for my absence, I took a break off my Vyvanse and got very depressed and didn’t leave my bedroom other then going to bathroom. I lost some of my muscle and gained a good amount of fat but on the bright side I was sleeping 15 hours a night haha. I’ve started training again and today was a push day so I did
3x12 flat bench
3x12 incline dumbell press
3x12 high to low cable flyes
3x12 lateral raises
3x12 Tricep pushdown
2x10-12 close grip bench press
I’m feeling really good and motivated at the moment so I’ll be trying my hardest to stay consistent. Again I apologise for not posting on my log and being absent.
