I’ve had a couple days off from training as I decided to take the easy way out and be a lazy fat cunt, I’ve woken up from being a bitch and am getting back into training. Sleep has been really really fucking good thanks for @Raptor Labs and training today was bloody amazing as I felt really strong throughout most of the workout however started getting fatigued quicker then usual. I’ve run out of mast tren gh and reta but @Wolfenstein has sent me some more gh and reta.

I really want a sauna, I have heard real good things, I have actually never done one, I guess when it gets to 40+ degrees often its never really front of mind 😂

Cheers brother, yea my sleeps really fucking weird. Every night I’m in bed by 7pm I take my edibles the night night and gh and watch a movie while wearing my blue light glasses then at 8:30pm I put my sleep mask on and try sleeping. I notice when I struggle to sleep I’m struggling to switch my brain off and it’s going a million km/h.

Workout was really fucking good and I felt very strong up until I was meant to hit calves, I had instant cramps when I put any weight on

We're going to have to take a look at your sleep issues and throw the kitchen sink at it again and figure out what can work for you. Have you had your cortisol or bloods done recently? I don't think you've posted any bloods since October correct?

It would be ideal if we could find a natural route to go down to get you to sleep predictably at 8:30pm each night.

Can you repost your prescribed meds you're still on and you've gotten rid of the Vyvanse yes? Did you ever get a script for the melatonin I don't recall you confirming that. Last I remember you were talking to @LevButlerov about getting a script for it and you were going to definitely cut out the vyvanse.
 
Do you do 3 sets of drop sets or just last set drop set?
i have always mixed it up man. but generally i like to overtrain a bit with added drop sets across the board especially if i'm on cycle
 
Nah not really I normally have it in there with me the first 10-15mins then I run it to my bag and put it away
You young guys just can't stand to be apart from your phones lol. I know heat can mess them up to the point where they stop working properly. Happens to me sometimes in the summer.

With the 2 days of no sleep, have you been taking your CBD still? You must be exhausted. Any naps?

Impressive workouts given the lack of sleep.

Are you just going through a stressful period at the moment? Is there anything else that could explain it? Hard to imagine not sleeping at all two nights in a row.

This should be enough to help the average person sleep. I say 'average' because if you saw what I need to calm my mind and get to sleep (it's in my log first post under Rx meds) you'd understand that I know what you're going through.

One thing I don't do is add any stims or preworkout ever, and I only have caffeine first thing in the morning. Have you tried cutting out all stims and see if that helps?

Honestly don’t thing I’ve cut out all stims for a really long time, I take breaks from caffeine fairly frequently but If I’m not taking caffeine I’m on Vyvanse. Since I’m off Vyvanse I’ll take a break off caffeine for a while and see if that helps. Thank you brother!!!

Yea still taking the cbd/thc every night, yea my sleep has always been fucked but it’s better then ever at the moment.

It’s getting a bit annoying constantly having to tell all the girls to go away when they are begging me for my number, I guess it’s the price I have to pay for being an absolute unit.

The headphones don’t affect u while u sleep? I tried wearing AirPods to sleep and they started killing my ears pretty quick. I’ve tried binaural beats but they didn’t seem to help me to sleep, however they may help me slow down my brain so I’m not constantly thinking of everything. I’ll try it tonight, thank you mate

Yea the regular hard plastic headphones dont work which is why I recommend the wired silicon ones. Don't even feel them.

Most binaural beats annoy me too. All the random noises actually make things worse. That one I linked is really good and there's a couple others I like too. Very few work for me but the ones I've found help quiet my mind a lot

Your heart rate is still wild while you sleep. I thought the Vyvance was causing that but it's gotta be outta your system by now.

I didn't sleep great last night but look at the HR graph by comparison.

I’ve started Vyvanse again as I start studying again real soon and I need to be able to focus. Because of this I haven’t been able to sleep for 2 nights in a row and I’m hoping to get some good sleep tonight. I decided not to go gym yesterday or today as I haven’t had any sleep and I feel pretty fucked
have you tried using high doses vitamin C 1 hour out from bed time to clear up the vyvanse? @Eheoew

You should get off the vyvanse, if you keep this up you'll have a heart issue look up sleep deprivation and heart attacks @Eheoew

Is it always like this when you get back on your Vyvance? I'd imagine it probably hits you a lot harder in the beginning until your body gets acclimated again?

Do you live close to the beach? Anyway you could make it a more common thing to help with sleep. There's something about hanging out in the sun on the beach that knocks me out too.

Nah this is the only time it’s been this fucked. But yea it normally hits pretty hard when I first start taking it until I get acclimated. I live like 2 hours away from the beach but that’s not an issue I reckon I’ll be going once a week from now on

After the night where I got 2 hours sleep I didn’t sleep for 2 nights and I felt completely fucked so I didn’t go gym. I got 9 hours last night and I still feel quite shit so I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow.
I’ve bought vitamin c and adrenal switch so hopefully they will help me get more sleep.

You're a seriously hard case. But going on like this is totally unsustainable. That Vyvanse stuff must really work good cuz I have no idea how you can focus in school with so little sleep.

If those don't work it might be time to try some heavier stuff.

I looked up oxytocin and surely I’m looking at the wrong thing cus they say it’s used during pregnancies to help with contractions… I don’t think I’m going into labour anytime soon hahaha
oxytocin will help your sleep not all is on label use @Eheoew

It helps a lot with sleep. Actually has a ton of benefits, especially while on cycle.

For you mainly it would be about it's calming effects and ability to reduce anxiety. Should help quiet your mind before bed.
 
Been shitting out Niagara Falls past 2 days so haven’t been able to go gym. Will be going back as soon as the diarrhoea stops
