Make sure you are eating clean and avoid highly processed foods and foods with high sodium for it will raise BP even higher than it already is. Buy some Aspirin and keep it on hand as well. I have used lots of different liver supporting supplements over the years, such as Liv52. However, N2Guard has been the most complete supplement I have ever come across, and it has the best ingredients. I did manage to get the same list of ingredients, but it is far less convenient to use like 5-6 supplements, instead of just one - N2Guard. Besides, it has lots of other benefits, apart from the liver protection. Such as cholesterol control, and blood pressure.
