So Im 42 I workout 6 days a week and weigh 92kg I’ve been on trt now for just over 6 months taking .3ml twice a week but in the last 4 weeks I’ve started taking 1ml of test e 250 and 40mg anavar but don’t think it’s real anavar my question is should I up it or add something else in I do have dbol at home I was thinking of adding 20mg a day or adding in eq or mast, really looking for advice

I think the best approach is to analyse your options and plan this out properly. Doing dbol just because you have some isn't good planning, and doubling your dose of fake anavar is really not a good idea at all, it could be anything right?

How we do that here is with logs. There's tons of pros and experienced lifters and PED users here thar freely share their experience, but they need data to work with so they can tailor recommendations to you.

@LevButlerov can help you setup your log offically but basically you make a new thread introducing yourself and then lay out your diet, training, PEDs, goals, plans and include a blurred or headless photo showing your midsection and that's enough to get going.

Hey mate, you have a few things in your bloods I would imagine need attention before adding anything else - your liver enzymes are elevated particulary the GGT which shows liver stress - your anavar is likely real.
Your insulin at 17 is also a bit of a worry unless you were not fasted - also, RBC counts are getting up there too, were you hydrated well before this test?

welcome to the EVO family :D @Tregs thanks for sharing! Your bloods look clean.
You sound like you train hard, but we know nothing about you yet, so the smart move is to put up a full TRT log first with training and daily macros so we can see how you respond. Your jump from .3 to 1ml test e plus the oral makes this a blast already so no need to add dbol or eq or mast until we see your TRT baseline. 15min to start a log :D

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I wasn’t on anavar during these tests I was only on trt I believe my liver was alcohol related I’ve completely stopped drinking now and with the insulin I’ve cut out as much sugar as possible and possible my doc wants to check in 6 months. I wasn’t really hydrated as I just finished night shift flew home and haven’t drinking much water.

The hydration answers the red cell counts - its a bit of a worry adding a oral with liver stress already, but stopping drinking will help, if you wanted to add anything I would suggest Retatrutide, clean up some weight, potential fatty liver, normalise blood sugars and insulin.

you need to be using approved sources. this way you don't worry if its real or not!

do anavar if you want more cutting.

bros dbol and anavar like 2 totallly differne steroids lol. one is for cut one is for bulk

Maybe start out with Dianabol and see how you go on it. You can always stop using it, you know there's no rule to this.

Would be extremely hard to tell if the anavar is fake.

I wouldn't switch to DBoL right now. I would only ever do it in a fresh cycle off a long period of recovery and health focus. It also just has its own list of research required to know what effects your looking for. What side effects it will exacerbate essentially.

Anavar is a great stepping stone and if its real anavar then it also just has a list of its own usage reports and ways to mitigate sides or increase benefits. It may be interacting with you in a certain way that's easily reversible and you could continue usage with mitigation. You might be dosing it improperly all sorts of things. It could also be fake.

Id make sure to purchase from the reputable guys in your location. There's a large list of em everywhere.

Id cruise the test and var finish out the cycle with hard work. Good vitamins. Make sure you have all your pct on hand in the end and you should have decent journey with staying consistent. Ill assume its for recomp and fat loss. DboL is a big swing in the other direction
