what's your opinions on this macro break down for my next cutting cycle guys?
this is daily:

1150 Calories, 120 g protein, 38g carbs + 40g fat

1150 cal you run ok then when your fat loss platues came how many cal you drop ? What is your next cutting cycle tell me

That is an extremely low calorie intake. Unless you are a female, that most likely isn't going to be near enough calories.

You want to loose weight slowly so you don't risk loosing muscle mass. A weight loss of 1-2 pounds is perfect.
