Mental breakdown pct

Looking for some opinions on my current situation

(just finished my 4th week of pct using the perfect pct protocol doses of clomid and liquid nolva.

I just lowered to 12.5 clomid
And 10 nolva about 2 days before this incident. I have taken clomid in the past and had no issues besides mild emotional at times.

The other night I went out drinking and had a terrible hangover the next day. The following night I went to sleep only to wake up at 3 am vomiting everywhere and felt like I was in a full blown physcosis. I felt like I was absolutely loosing my mind and the world was ending. So much in fact I had to call an ambulance because I was scared of my own mind probably the darkest place I've ever been in my life....Extreme panic

I continued to puke on the way to the hospital but that subsided I had another panic attack that night and in morning the following night after the hospital but have slept all day and seem to have slept it off. ( in heavy doses of Ativan and xanax)

I'm just trying to get ones opinion on wether this can be from lowering the dose and crashing or failed pct. or if it's from the pct drugs themselves even tho I've never had a problem in the past.

Don't know wether to take them again and finish my pct but plan on getting blood work tomorrow. To me it feels like What it would feel like to be shutdown extreme anxiety and depression.

Any input is appreciated

1st off ~ you're not supposed to go out Drinking during PCT.

Those Drugs are Very Powerful, and you most likely had an Interaction between the Alcohol and the Nolva or Clomid or Both.

2nd ~ are the Xanax and Ativan prescribed by the Emergency Room Doctor, or did someone else prescribe them.

Whichever, stop taking them, as they can also cause Drug Interactions with the Clomid and Nolva......................... JP
P.S.
I would say this is All Alcohol Related ~ so No More Drinking either.

Thanks for your input, I will not be touching alcohol for a long time but have drank before on it and no problems.

The hospital gave my iv Ativan and 2 mgs to to take home But a family member is prescribed them and there the only things keeping me sane right now tbh

Be very careful with Ativan and Xanax.

As either can cause Withdrawal Symptoms if taken for Too Long............................... JP
P.S.
Best thing to do is Titrate your Dose Down over a few days and then Stop Completely.

Finish your PCT, if you can.
If you get Ill after the 1st day, then stop.
But with the Alcohol out of your System, you should be OK................................... JP

Clomid and nolvadex should have no interactions with Xanax and Ativan. You can keep taking them.

@JP4355 gave you some really good advice. What's done is done. You can't change the past - only learn from it. You know for your next PCT not to mix alcohol and PCT drugs.

I wouldn't recommend killing your liver while you are trying to make it recover. Either way, alcohol imo is a horrible idea when on any type of drugs and is detrimental to any type of gains. I'd listen to JP and Muskate.

i hope you can fix these issues and please don't mix steroids into this sort of lifestyle

if you are already taking xanax and drinking alcohol, you need to fix those problems first.

I think everyone has the wrong idea here. I don't take Ativan or xanax and drink maybe once every month if that. The hospital gave my Ativan because I was having a bad mental breakdown.

Hopefully it was from a bad combo of drinking on nolva and clomid. Lesson learned my only concern was if I should finish my pct.
getting bloods today

I do not take drugs and alcohol for fun. I was following the protocol posted on this page and went out one night with the guys. This occurred a day after the drinking aswell.

But started feeling shitty when I lowered my dosages. Felt great weeks 1-3 of pct

While clomid is known to be causing some sort of depression to people, especially during the PCT protocols, it will never induce a psychosis.

I think you have some serious mental or health issues man, and you need to resolve them before you hop on another cycle or go drinking again. You do realise it couldve ended really bad.

Yeah I agree, not sure where to go from here tho. I saw my regular doctor and he recommended seeing my endocrinologist. Just got my bloods back and everything's fine so I'm just banking on this being alcohol related my only concern is how it lasted for several days and im still on low dose xanax

But keep in mind the clomid and nolva is still in my system during those bloods. Will follow up on bloods in 4-6 weeks.

I think i had the same thing, took some var for 2 weeks after that time my lower back hurt where my kidneys were and then i lay back and switch kind of went off and i had huge anxiety and panic issues that lasted 2 weeks straight and ive never been the same since i flushed the shit have been shit scared to try it again because id rather jump infront of a bus then experience that again. Did you find out what caused it and so on would be much appreciated

This. Drug use of any kind doesn't fix problems if they are there. I just watched a 'Vice' (youtube channel) video where one user has been 'on' for 7 years. He even felt the need to shoot some PED before the video just to feel good.

To be blunt you (or anyone in a similar situation) need to get their shit sorted and any other meds need to be looked at regarding interaction BEFORE going on any form of test. Some handle it well (I've never had any issues) but I've spoken to gym members who are on and still struggle with anxiety.
