For real ? What would you compare it to? I use ephedrine, only when needed, and it works wonders but over time my heart doesn't like it

Ephedra is what always worked really well for me too. Never tried or heard of anyone taking Meridia to be honest

I wouldn't fuck with any weight loss drug that suppresses appetite. Lots of better alternatives.

I have to take a drug kinda close to this and have to kinda force feed sometimes. when you don't have an appetite things are much much different. the body acts differently, hard to explain, but it sucks long story short.

for dieting its a godsent. you just don't feel hungry, you ll need to eat, but meals can be so light its not even funny. 1/3, 1/4 amount you normally eat. I have to eat cheat meals a lot and than drink bcaa's with them to get in decent macro's.
