i think some people fall into the trap with steroids that somehow more drugs at higher doses = bigger and stronger. that is honestly bullshit. i can tell you from my experience all that happens when you take more is the side effects become more pronounced and the benefits become more and more marginal. dont fall into that trap like i did. thats a point i just wanted to make lol.
 
i also say its a marathon and not a sprint... a little bit goes a very long way with steroids and most ped's... you dont need to go crazy on dosing to get significant gains... the key is to get the most out of your cycle but with causing the least amount of damage in the process... the main priority is to keep sides as low as possible.. you need your health more than anything else...
 
Agreed with all of the above. AAS/PEDs are a way for people to push themselves to new limits but they need to have a solid base first.

I see overweight guys or skinny guys who never trained before think taking steroids or PEDs will get them to look like guys competing in competitions. They have no clue of diet and no basis of training and they usually end up worse than when they started off.

These are the guys that give AAS/PEDs a bad name. They start cranking up their doses until they cause serious damage to their bodies then wonder WTF happened. Or you have guys that say fuck it and want to be the size of a house and take insane doses which is fine as long as you understand the risks.

Everyone is free to do what they want with their own body. I just have little sympathy to people that ignore the warnings people give them thinking its fine to run grams of steroids a week for extended periods of time and then are like "woe is me!"
