What do you guys think about using mots-c peptide to help with brainfog?
Currently dealing with that. Not getting the best sleep lately. I think that's having an effect. Plus my diet has been a little bit off. Do you think using 2 mg of the peptide MOTS-C will work for me or do you think I need to use more like 4 mg in the morning?

Well best thing you can do is get more sleep and incorporate a healthy based diet but I get that’s it’s not always possible. in the meantime I’d suggest Semax. Mots-c is more around sustained physical energy rather than Brain fog. Semax has been shown to improve mental clarity.

I’m sure you’ll get a few other responses with some helpful advice aswell mate. @Prymal has some Semax in stock if you’re located in Aus and interested.
Best of luck 🤞

I find MB helped more with cognitive function then mots c

Alot of these peptides can help, SS31, Semax, Mots, MB, there is a whole world of things that can address this.

But its the boring answer, but you should absolutely look into fixing sleep, this will repay you so much more through the years than bandaiding with drugs and peptides.

What are you currently doing to help sleep?

A big mistake is a lot of people overdo it on this one. Mots-c peptide is very potent so you don't need to use very much. I wouldn't go more than 1 or 2 mg.

It can help you with energy and getting you pushed in the mornings. That's really where it shines.

Bros, I don't think it's best for brain fog. I think it's best for energy and making you think more clearly, if that makes sense.

It is bro, but it's also not the first thing you'd leverage for it before having a look at the basics

Training fatigue
Sleep quality/ habits
Stress management
Pharma
Nutrition and general health/ wellbeing
