Update:
Went for some cardio with some pressure and a headache, ended up doing a quick leg day with no unilatetals or dropsets. Left with an ear/sinus ache but it cleared up after a few hours. Totally worth it.

Soles of feet went a little numb on treadmill, but was worse during lifts? Like full pins and needles on leg extensions and prone curls, so super confusing. Not sure if i just need new shoes and these new insoles are garbage (feet were fine last leg lifts with no cardio) or theres a nerve issue still. Who knows.

Weight gain from TRT+ and 4iu GH seems to have leveled off at 182lbs. Im getting back to cardio, daily if i can.

NAC ran out, probably wont get more as ill be narrowing my supp list down to essentials. Out if melatonin(apparently never put on supp list) as well, will see is GH can handle knockin me out alone. Also ran out of psyllium husk, new bag arrives tomorrow.

Brudda, im going to have to take paper towel on the bus to gym with me. Shit started draining twice today randomly. I looked into my doc report from 2 years ago, its a mucous retention cyst. So its not a legit absess, but a massive pocket of mucous that can take up to days or weeks to empty in random amounts.

Hey mate, so the weight increase in the second half of Feb was just the HGH? Nothing else changed?

What was the reason for the sinus problems / headache? A cyst pop? Sounds like you're getting over it now?
 
I dont have standalone BPC anymore. Last time i pinned GLOW right near that ligament, i got some good swelling. Not a lot of fat there and shaky hands makes for bad pins. Lol

Course i think that pin was multi-loaded with GH, so it was around 25iu. A 5iu GLOW pin would probably be fine. Ill consider pinning GLOW seperately on site.

While i did have a few heavy cal days(3000-3400) slightly more often with little cardio, i also bumped up to 4iu on Feb 18th and I started test on Feb 14. I usually run between 2400-2700cal i think?

The planned TRT dose was 150mg weekly, but ive been air locking to reduce waste instead of compensating for syringe dead space. So true dose is actually 210mg weekly.

Its been 2 years since i talked to a doc about the cyst so i forgot what kind it is. Its not a cyst like an absess, but more like an inflammed sinus that became blocked for years. Its a retention cyst, so basically mucous. I said pop but it was more like just draining and pain and swelling from the pressure change i guess.

Mostly over it, swelling in both my cheeks went down(thought it was water weight lol) until it started draining again today, then some upper teeth pain and left cheek has a bit of swelling today. Got a bit of a headache for about 5hrs now from the pressure change again, so i had an 1.5hr nap.
 
I ran a mutli-loaded GLOW/MOTS/NAD pin at the end of vastus medialis wasnt too bad. I think the main issue is its basically just skin and muscle there, i my go up top the knee where theres atleast minimal fat.
you're doing it right lets see how it goes :D

Update: I was giving a bunch of food, so ill probably be eating some not so great things going forward as i dont waste food. I also went a bit crazy yesterday and had 419 carbs. Scold me. Lol.

Hurt my right tricep a bit on dips, finishe most of my lifts (cut out skullcrushers) and ran my GLOW right into tricep last and this morning. Will be cutting dips for a bit during recovery.

The numbness in my feet has got to be nerve related. I did cardio first, numbness wasnt too bad today, but i also walked home last night. I noticed i was getying numb on my soles by the 30min mark when i got home, those boots are fine for me feet.

Retention cyst is starting to drain on a whenever schedule, but i assume because the pressure is a lot less now, the headache from it os very little.

Psyllium husk arrived, so thats back in diet.

Those are all triple or dropsets, easily 15 reps total
If i hit 6 on initial weight, an avg estimate should be failure at 6/ fail at another 6 and another 6 with every drop in weight.

Triple dropsets for me, total reps range from 10 to 21, averaging 12-18.
Reg dropsets are a higher intial rep, so usually and 8/8 failure. So avg 16 reps.

If i go super heavy on a triple, say 2-3reps on initial weight, i generally will end up around 10 reps total.

You can try the peptide Ergotamine, good for headaches and a preworkout when used with caffeine.
 
Thanks bud. Its a triple dropset as well, so failure at 10, then i drop to 80 and then 60 aswell. I think each set was around 30reps or so.
I've always been a big fan of drop sets.

Ergotamine tablets are personal favourites of mine. I pop one immediately before a PR. Hell, ive doubled up and popped 2, was quite the boost. Give it a try, you seem like the kinda bro who'd like em.

I guess the ice is in pretty rough shape out there now with the weather eh? Less hoofing it out to the fishing spots so you gotta run some dedicated cardio?

I saw a YouTube video the other day of a guy hauling a 45" pig of a pike outta the ice on a little pan fishing rod lol. The thing was so big it barely fit through the hole. Big fish on light tackle is so much fun.

Google says its not that bad, lol. If i caught one, id eat it for sure. Probably depemds on how its cooked. I knew a hubter who said he tried moose tongue cause he heard its really good. Idiot never discarded the outer layer with the taste buds and shit on it, said it was the most disgusting thing he ever put in his mouth and that the texture was what put him off. Such a terrible texture he said. Hahaha

Update: I was giving a bunch of food, so ill probably be eating some not so great things going forward as i dont waste food. I also went a bit crazy yesterday and had 419 carbs. Scold me. Lol.

Hurt my right tricep a bit on dips, finishe most of my lifts (cut out skullcrushers) and ran my GLOW right into tricep last and this morning. Will be cutting dips for a bit during recovery.

The numbness in my feet has got to be nerve related. I did cardio first, numbness wasnt too bad today, but i also walked home last night. I noticed i was getying numb on my soles by the 30min mark when i got home, those boots are fine for me feet.

Retention cyst is starting to drain on a whenever schedule, but i assume because the pressure is a lot less now, the headache from it os very little.

Psyllium husk arrived, so thats back in diet.

@Shakey EVO family, respect for this amazing update. One of the things though, you can definitely continue to improve on is eating more whole food options and food prep. There are too many snacks and too many packet stuff in your diet.

Update: Back out of town at the fams, but i have access to 30 year old treadmill with identifier for incline amount so ill just guess. Also a cable machine with un labelled weights, ill assume they are each 10lbs or just list how many plates and hit failure.

All packed for a few days outta town.

Update:
Im finally out of my post seizure rut, only took a month. 🥹 Gym schedule and daily cardio are back (sinus issue days off were an exception). Im out at the fams for an unknown amount of days, so i prepped my stack til wed.

Ive got access to a terrible and noisy treadmill thats 26years old, ill have to guess the incline. Theres a cable machine with unknown weights, so ill just list exercise til failure without MFP app and run the dropset protocol of initial weight failure at 4-7 reps before dropping.

So i never got around to cardio until late enough i couldnt because the noise would wake the neice and nephew. Ill go for 1.5hrs tomorrow hopefully, to make it up.

I also found a DEXA scan in toronto for $30. Crazy cheap, so i think i might do a DEXA pre and post cycle.

Its 3hrs of public transit 1 way, so 6hrs of public transit for a 10min scan though. 😭

Been on creatine straight for months, so water weight from that has already leveled out. Im getting back to cardio so ill drop it down. Strength, only thing i can say is Fuck Yah it is. Lol

Last weeks workouts, every single lift was either increased a fair bit or smashed out more reps easier. Maybe a few exceptions cause bangin dirty dropsets to failure kills the next lifts.

Now im also TRT+ because ive been airlocking my pins, so all the residual waste is giving me an overdose. Intended weekly was 150mg(well 150.5mg), using average metrics i estimated overdose at 210mg total weekly. A fair raise because microdosing EOD or ED has a lot of waste.

Now i just measured 5 of my generic 25g luer locks off amazon for an average(didnt bother yet) but if going off the largest dead volume recorded of the 5 pins, im at 234.5mg weekly. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

After a couple weeks, shit kicked into gear, pumps are crazy bro.

Right? Its 1.5hr drive one way but 3hrs transit one way. I cant drive so 3 buses and 2 trains it is.

Still $30cad, im thinking before and after cycle dexas.

By car its 141km 1 way, to this dexa from my place. Toronto is the closest for private dexa's i think.

Made up for missing yesterdays cardio and killed it on the tready. Feet actually werent too bad at all, and no knee pain for the full 2hrs.

Carb heavy/low protein today as i eat whats made out here. Wouldve prefered not having a scoop of mass gainer in my post workout today, but my shakes are prepacked in sandwich bags. 2 hrs cardio though.

I think tricep is recovered enough, so push day tomorrow on the garage cable machine. Might do it lightly or less exercises total. Been pinning GLOW in tricep.

Ill post pictures of the 26yr old tready i ran the shit out of. Thing wines so bad, can hear the fan over my headphones. 🤣

Yeah the shake was 2 scoops of whey and 1 of gainer. I use 1 scoop of gainer often to top my carbs up, cause my diet aint perfect. Just wasnt expecting my main diet today to be tim hortons breakfast sandwhich, oatmeal and lasagna.

Tris actually pretty good, i chose to pin above knee after 2hra cardio instead of tri. Full stretch and it doesnt hurt, but will avoid dips for a bit.

Actually got a bruise pinning tri. Though its cause divalproex make me bruise easy. Hell i had a 2" bruise from a 20iu pin on thigh.
 
Yeah the shake was 2 scoops of whey and 1 of gainer. I use 1 scoop of gainer often to top my carbs up, cause my diet aint perfect. Just wasnt expecting my main diet today to be tim hortons breakfast sandwhich, oatmeal and lasagna.

Tris actually pretty good, i chose to pin above knee after 2hra cardio instead of tri. Full stretch and it doesnt hurt, but will avoid dips for a bit.

Made up for missing yesterdays cardio and killed it on the tready. Feet actually werent too bad at all, and no knee pain for the full 2hrs.

Carb heavy/low protein today as i eat whats made out here. Wouldve prefered not having a scoop of mass gainer in my post workout today, but my shakes are prepacked in sandwich bags. 2 hrs cardio though.

I think tricep is recovered enough, so push day tomorrow on the garage cable machine. Might do it lightly or less exercises total. Been pinning GLOW in tricep.

Ill post pictures of the 26yr old tready i ran the shit out of. Thing wines so bad, can hear the fan over my headphones. 🤣

When you say "you eat what's made out here", are you away for work or something? Noticed some of the foods don't seem the best like choc milk and bacon sandwich.

No, just out at my families out in the boonies. I cant drive so i stay for a few days at a time. I generally eat whatever they make, but the tim hortons was on the way to a neices hockey game. We all slept in so no breakfast and everyone was having tims so i was like might as well eat.

Did another 1hr just now, goin to hit a few weight, maybe another 1hr at night.

I don't know if going to Toronto for a dexa is worth it. Those things aren't very accurate, it's just an algorithm that estimates your percentages. If you're just looking for a comparison numbers though it would work probably if you use the same clinic both times the same machine.

Yeah still runs good, skipped weights today, just did another 2hrs. Personal record of most cardio in one day.

Yeah i get periodic depression as a side effect from the seizures ive had in the past. Maybe last a few days or so, i usually dont eat well during them. But i get prolonged durations of weeks to months after really bad ones. This one was 3-4 weeks and i need 2 weeks of TRT+ to oull me out. Lol

Honestly, feet feel great i think my nerves are mostly healed again from however i pinched it probably a month ago. After 2hrs straight feet no numbness.

A DEXA scan is an X-ray so its much better than evolt or inbody. Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry. They do both body comp and bone mineral density for osteoporosis.

Theres an anytime fitness here i have yet to call and see if they have an evolt i can try with a day pass. But a $30 DEXA, ill make the trip. Lol

Good news- personal record for cardio in 1 day. 3hrs. 1hr on tready at 2pm, 2hr on tready 940pm. No knee pain. No foot numbness. I decided to save push day for the actual gym tomorrow and just straight murder cardio.

Bad news - GERD is back with a vengeance even with even no diet/supp change. On 4 days of reflux on/off sometimes lasting 6hrs straight. Can literally feel the acid in my esophagus. Regurging 2-3 times daily. Progression? I believe it is time to see a doctor and look into a an Rx PPI.

completely forgot about that. i called off exercise today because it was, lets say 6-7hrs of esophagus burning madness. i went and got famotidine extra strength. im putting of exercise for 12hrs to let it kick in. im callin my doc tomorrow, going to see about a scope to find out if its a haital hernia or LES dysfunction from smoking for over 10 years (quit) or maybe a bit off both who knows.
