My Test/Primo/Anavar Log

Thank you everyone for your feedback, to those who suggested adding Primo, I am already doing Primo along with Test. Just to clarify, my stack is as follows:

Week 1-12:
Test C: 250mg/week
Primobolan: 500mg/week
Cardarine: 20mg/week

Weeks 6-12:
Anavar: 40-50mg/day


Todays Workout: Shoulders and Triceps

Face pulls for warm up - 3 x 15-20 reps
Dumbbell lateral raises - 5 x 8-20 reps (Triple drop set on the last set)
High incline dumbbell press (60 degrees - Find it to be relatively easier on my bad shoulder) - 3 x 8-10 reps
Chest supported rear delt flies: 3 x 12-15 reps
Dumbbell shrugs: 3 x 10-15 reps (3-5 second pause at the top of each rep)
Overhead cable extension superset with tricep push downs - 3 x 8-12 reps each

Cardio: 30 minutes low intensity

As for details on my diet, I break it down in 4 meals a day and a protein shake post workout. At the moment I am following a more IIFYM style diet as I find that it is something that I can stick with the best. There are shortcomings to this plan but the flexibility allows me to be more compliant while getting all of my nutrients in. Usually the meal plan looks like this:

Breakfast:

Oikos triple zero yogurt (has done wonders for my gut) x 2
3 Egg whites and 2 whole eggs
100 grams of a fruit of my choice
Black coffee

Lunch/Pre-Workout Meal:

4-6 ounces of chicken or other protein source of choice
100-125 grams of White rice or Potatoes
125 grams of veggies


Post Workout Meal:

4-6 ounces of chicken or other protein source of choice
125-150 grams of rice or potatoes
125 grams of veggies

Dinner:

4-6 ounces of chicken or other protein source of choice
100-125 grams of rice or potatoes
125 grams of veggies

I add fruits usually to my post workout shake as well. I get my fats from the meat, Omega 3 supplement, avocados or a spoon of olive oil after my meals.

My diet needs further improvement and structure but adherence is the key for me. I have tried really hardcore diets and that ended up doing more harm than good as I couldn't stick with them long enough.

Open to feedback/criticism as I am always happy to learn from those who know more than me.
 
Happy Tuesday my Enhanced (or to be Enhanced) brothers and sisters,

This is my first thread here so I do apologize if I make any mistakes. I am 35 years old and have been on TRT for about a year and a half. Started off with 200mg/week but found the sweet spot at about 120mg/week microdosing every day. I feel my body does not tolerate higher dosages of testosterone very well (Estrogen conversion, acne, high hematocrit levels), so for my first proper cycle, instead of doing higher doses of test, I am going with the following:

Goal: Make some lean gains and improve body composition.

Current Stats:

Age: 35
Height: 6'1
Weight: 194 lbs
Body fat: ~13%

First Cycle: (all sourced form Napsgear)
Weeks 1-12:
Dragon Pharma Testosterone Cypionate: 250mg/week (still micro-dosing)
Dragon Pharma Primo 200: 500mg/week (shot twice a week)
Cardarine 20mg/day

Weeks 6-12:
Anavar: 40-50mg/week. Will start at 40 and see how I feel, might push up to 50.

Keeping my diet clean in the process. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits, using mostly chicken and seafood as my protein sources with the occasional steak here and there. Currently training 4 days a week but at the end of this meso cycle, thinking about switching to 3 days on, 2 days off if I can improve my recovery.

Possibly thinking of adding MK-677 for overall well being but on the fence about it right now. Haven't seen many posts where MK-677 was combined with Cardarine and the stack that I am going on.

One question that I do have is has anyone run Primo and Var with a TRT dose (for me that's around 100-140mg/week, not 200 or 300 :D)

Thank you again and I'll keep posting updates as I get through my cycle. I am one week in and the only major update that I have at this point is that I did have some test Flu it seems, or perhaps my body was just adjusting to another compound (Primo) being injected as well, but nothing too bad. PIP from Primo definitely happened, my shoulder was sore and had a bit of a lump (no bruising or anything like that) for a few days but it went away on its on. I switched to intramuscular in the Glute and that shot was much better tolerated. Either way, it was not excruciating pain or something that I wasn't able to handle.

Well you're on a cycle now, you training or what? why didn't you share your LOG journal with us, we'd love to see it.


Now for clenbuterol, I think heart damage is why many guys on evo are against clenbuterol imo, I use it myself no issues at low dose.

Your meal plan isnt bad but you need a lot more fats.

You need fish oils and UDOs choice etc and nuts, have you considered it?

Looks like a great cycle!

My next cycle is going to be 200mg/week test, 500mg-600mg/primo a week, 50mg var/ED for final 8 weeks.

Diet looks solid too. As someone else said just keep tweaking as you go. I add carbs, reduce carbs, add fats, lower fats, etc as I go if im seeing better results one way or the other. Calories too I start at a level of say 3,000 cals a day (im 6'8" 268 pounds) so I have a much higher baseline. I then slowly peel back 50-100 calories a week and see what happens. Typically I get leaner to and then I hit the point where I start feeling fatigued as im not getting enough calories in so I stop and then add 50 cals back a week till I hit that sweet spot.
