Hey guys, starting a log in hopes to get some real guidance and help. I have been struggling with low T symptoms for a few years now. I tried Peter MD and it didn’t workout based on side effects within the first few weeks, which may or may not have been in my head (can explain). But I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. Libido is way down, never feel rested, always moody, no motivation in the gym(half ass workouts). Just not feeling like myself for a good while now. I ordered and have some Para Pharma Test P in hopes to start a low dose and slowly go up, and if it does not agree with my system it will get out quicker than say C or E if I need to stop. I do not mind daily or EoD injections, I just don’t know what dose to start with. How often should I get blood work after first injection? How quickly can hematocrit rise, and will spring help with that? Should I try a different TRT clinic?? Any suggestions?
In my 20s I was in damn good shape and could workout 2 times a day and usually did. I had a crazy 6 pack and could eat anything and wouldn’t gain a pound lol. Not the case now in my mid 30s
My states are:
37yo 6’1” 200lbs
Total T: Between 300-380 depending on time of day I give sample. Used to be 750 when I was 24.
Stubborn belly fat around mid section but not a big gut, hard mass gainer, lose it easy if I stop working out.
I’ve never really had a diet “plan” per-say, I just don’t eat processed food or garbage. I eat a lot of fish, chicken, good carbs, and love veggies. My wife has Celiac really bad so we stay away from gluten. I have bulked before by eating everything and anything. I could use some help with having an easy diet to stick to. My job is time demanding and it does not leave me much time to cook when I get home but I’m willing to meal prep if someone is willing to give me a good plan.
Supplements: Fish oil, multi vitamin, Bcomplex
Whey protein shakes 3/day to make sure to have 200g protein. Not enough water.
Sleep: 5-6 hrs, could use more but I wake up in middle of night some nights with hot flashes. Never feel rested, never have a deep sleep.
Workouts
M: Back and Bi= Curls, shrugs, barbell row, pull ups, revers flys (5 sets 10 reps each), Abs
T: Chest and Tri= Push ups 25 reps 10 sets, Bench 5 sets 10 reps, skull krushers 5x10, flys 5x10, dips at the end to failure 3-4 sets
W: Legs= body weight jump squats. Dumbbell Lunges, Hip Thrusts 20x10 sets. Calf raises to failure, Abs
Thu: Burpees 10 sets of 15 for now. Full run to end of my street about 100 yards, 15 sec break, full run back, repeat 3 times. Abs
Fri: Deadlifts and Shoulders: Front raises 5x10, Lat raises 5x10, Arnolds 5x10, seated dumbbell press, 5x10…..
Sat and sun off
Now let me be honest, this workout is half assed when I’m doing it, I have to really force myself and lately I’ve been not even able to make it all the way through. I go super hard for like 20- 25 min and then I feel like I can’t even keep my eyes open and I shower and go lay down after a shake. I’ve been skipping days too.
I love my job, make good money, I want for nothing. Have a great family and my wife is super attractive and I adore her, she adores me and all is well in that category except my sex drive is fucked, I can get hard and keep it but the DRIVE is definitely lacking….Sure I wish I had millions and didn’t need to work but who doesn’t, lol I love my life, and I love living life. I just don’t feel myself and am ALWAYS exhausted and have no drive, I even find myself being emotional with sappy ass movies N shit, which is NOT me lol…… Please tweak my diet, my exercise routines, and anything else. I am posting the last blood test I had about 10 months ago, my symptoms are the same then as they are now, even a little worse now but not much. I do have venous insufficiency which is hereditary on my mother’s side but the compression socks work good,I was also born with Poland Syndrome, however only missing right pectoral, my right arm functions fully and is a tad smaller than my left. Surprisingly It doesn’t really effect me except on Chest workouts. Ok there it all is open and honest….. any questions just ask. Any help anyone provides I will REALLY appreciate it,
