N2bm issue

Are there any n2bm reps in here? I ordered a product from their official website, put in all my shipping details to Australia, proceeded to payment then it came up with an error and said the transaction couldn't be completed. Funds were actually taken (the correct amount) but I haven't received any order number, receipt etc. I followed this up from their website and haven't heard anything in over 2 weeks.

@minsup thats not normal did you contact their customer support? must be an error in processing. And did you get a screen shot?

Hey bro,

Yes I contacted their customer support and never received a reply. I didn't screenshot the email I sent as I didn't foresee any issues regarding lack of communication. I do have a screenshot of the bank statement showing their name and amount of transaction.

Pretty disappointed, I've heard many great reports from them.

@minsup I can't defend what I don't know details on, but I've used n2bm for years and I have clients on N2guard, never had problems. But not going to be surprised if something wrong with international payments, it's possible.
 
UPDATE

Issue has been resolved, the funds were transferred back to my account this morning, I must have missed it. I was getting concerned when almost 2 weeks went by without hearing anything.

sometimes the whole payment thing gets complicated it sounds like you got it resolved though

Hey brother best way to reach out to them is by using emails:

[email protected]

International orders have issues with the US merchant for some reason. They will usually send you a paypal invoice which is super easy to pay!
