Like @stevesmi said - you can stack N2slin with a cycle or run it by itself.

No one will question that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is they are anabolic to BOTH muscle and fat cells.

What N2slin does is increases muscle insulin sensitivity. This helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.

The best way to use n2slin is to take 2 tablets 30-45 minutes before meals.
 
how long should one typically use N2slin to see results? at 2/meal..6/day and 60 servings per bottle you dont seem to get more than a 3 weeks per bottle. I see the recommended source for these sells 3 bottle packs, roughly 9 weeks of n2slin. is that typically effective for results? thx

What kind of results are you expecting here?
I mean you are not supposed to use any of these fat burning supplements to replace a) A bad diet or b) lack of interest to work out.
 
who said anything about bad diet or lack of working out? simply asked about how much n2slin people typically take over a course of use. almost all the threads on here are about using supplements to aid in the process so idk what high horse youre sitting on bub.
 
No one but if those two are not on point don't expect anything magical to happen. I just wanted to point that out because I know there are the few ones that think they can eat mcdonald's all day long as long as they keep popping these pills, which like I said they are not meant for.

Like an assistant increasing the efficiency of what you are already supposed to be doing.
As far as dosing goes Muskate already told you. 2 pills about 30 mins before your "heavier meals". 2-3 times a day is fine.

Wasn't my intention to sound like a d*ck so apologies for that.
 
I am going to be doing an n2slin log very soon. I think there are a lot of misconceptions on how to use it. I have excellent results with n2slin and use it regularly.

If you are eating carbs with every meal- chose the meals which contain the most amount of carbs with the exception of your post workout meal. When I log n2slin- I will explain this approach and why it works best for me. Stay tuned
