I have heard a lot of good things about napsgear service from the forum, but wanted to know if you could give me an example of how they operated. I would like to use them as my source going forward and customer service is the #1 thing I look for in a source.

Their orders come directly from Europe (unless you order from their USA domestic list) and I've received all of my orders within 3-4 weeks. I had an issue with the Bitcoin payment on one order I placed and they responded and resolved it right away.

if you order domestic it is super fast as long as the item is in stock in my experience

if you order international it can take 2-4 weeks or so

Napsgear is probably the biggest source out there, it's like an online pharmacy so they get a lot of support questions and tickets. You place an order, pay and your stuff is shipping. Fairly easy.
