Natty vs cycle splits

Hey Bros - Do you guys change up your routine when your on cycle vs when you are off? Wondering how you all train the body while in an "enhanced" state if you do anything different specifically being on
 
Usually while On-Cycle, my Workouts are longer and more intense.
Or I'm doing 2 a day Workouts.
It all depends on my Goal................................. JP

AAS improve Protein Synthesis, so you can recover better if your Diet and Sleep are good.
 
My workout split is the same whether on cycle or off cycle.

What changes is the amount of volume I train with. On cycle, your recovery abilities are better so you can train longer and train with more work sets per workout.

Changing your workout split off cycle is a big mistake. What put the muscle on in the first place will keep it there once your cycle is over.

I try to change up my routine every 6 weeks or so just to keep it interesting and to not allow my body to get used to a specific routine.

You will be able to push harder and longer when on cycle. A huge part of this is mental though because you will feel like a beast when on cycle.
 
I dont think there should be much of a difference in that sense. However there is a lot of speculation that for natty's its better to do strength training, whereas on gear - pump is the cure.

The only better thing on gear is the intensity and frequency of workouts that you can do. Otherwise I would stick to the same thing.
