Great article! Testosterone levels are crucial to those wanting to achieve changes in body composition.

Great article! I'm glad that I am reading these points made about diet. I have always believed that our diets dictate our hormones and overall our daily outcomes. With America's sugar addiction and fast food life style it's no wonder we see men falling in the ranks ready and willing to be emasculated. If your not feeding yourself to have a better, stronger life then you are preparing your self for one that is not up to your fullest potential. This why people can't reach their goals and are constantly "fatigued," live on Monster energy drinks and high sugar diets. I watched my city go through a big health transformation the last decade but along with that I saw more and more guys acting more feminine and, looking more like metrosexuals than embracing their inner wildness. It is important for men to be and act wild sometimes, when that inner wildness is constantly being suppressed by society guys become confused as to even what their role in the home is.

Doctors are still apparently as ignorant as everyone else. I've been arguing with mine for nearly a year now. He says my level of around 350+/- 50 points is "normal" and their policy is not to do TRT unless it's 250 on average because of "Health risks". I counter that maybe 350 is "normal" as per a range, but LOW for ME. I have every single symptom I can find linked to low T. Still, nothing from the doc. My thought process is simple- if we try TRT, one of 2 things will happen: I will feel better (and then we KNOW what the issue is) or I don't feel better and it's back to the drawing board.
It's almost as if they would rather continue with this "one symptom at a time" approach then even pretend it may be ALL ties to ONE thing. I would have to spend every day, an hour a day for the next year in his office to make headway on every individual issue. The more I research, the harder it is to understand why they are illegal. The only conclusion I can reach is that by keeping them illegal and prescription only, EVERYONE gets a piece of the pie, where if they are legal, only those who make AAS can profit and that pisses doctors off.

Everything I am finding out is simple: AAS like anything else, can be abused, and can cause health issues. However, nothing indicates that responsible and knowledgable use of AAS is anything but beneficial to the user. Great article.........

great read man. im going in for blood work tomorrow, had to argue with the doctor just to get the tests.
