Need help from PSL puritysourcelabs

I've ordered from PSL over a dozen times I.m trying to place an order. All my info comes up automatically but then when i hit continue it's telling me my Email address is already being used. It's never been used by anyone but me. Bottom line, it's not letting me place an order. Hoping someone can help me out.

@bobwill PSL just got back after a restocking holiday. Did you try to email them with this issue?
I think @~Vision~ and @PSL can help you here easily.

meanwhile, can you tell us about your cycle? whats your cycle plan?

Simply do a system restart

I tried everything everyone told me to do. They will NOT let me get past that page. I'm going to try Domestic Supply. Just getting frustrated.
 
Would you happen to have a VPN? Maybe try using a different location if you have a VPN
 
I don't even know what a VPN is. I build 60 story elevators for a living, but i'm not a computer guy. I appreciate you trying to help me. I want to order from you guys. you've always been on the money. Never had this problem before and it's just frustrating.

If this is not loading from your end it's certainly not from us.
Something from your server is blocking it, a VPN is just something that hides your IP address and send your server out of a different location If you have some sort of protection or antivirus program on your computer or firewall it could have a built-in VPN or even a firewall could do the same thing.
If you have any sort of protection measures on your device you may want to turn them off when viewing the site..
