Hi, I have high estrogen right now and I just got Arimidex 1mg a pill. Right now is the end of my 6th week on cycle of 600 MG test E a week. I need help with knowing how much Arimidex I should take and how often. I heard 1 mg every other day is good but should I be taking any sort of extra doses to make up for the 6 weeks of my cycle without Arimidex? Any clarification/help is appreciated.
.5 mg EOD is the standard dose for most. You should’ve started that dose day one of cycle. It’s hard to tell you what to take without bloodwork on it. For me I would take 1 mg ED for 5 days and than resume .5 EOD and run bloods.

At 600mg I only need 2mg per week. Some people need 4. Split it at 3mg and then get bloods. Upping the dose a bit during first week could help get it in check quickly. Personally, my estrogen can be in the stratosphere and 5mg would crush it. Everyone is different. Next time start taking it on day one.
Thanks for the advice, although a lot of people said it’s better to take 1 mg EOD but I agree that I should at least up the dose a bit to help balance estrogen quickly. I do have PCT ready.

Yeah I should have took it way earlier, like you said I don’t want to take too much to the point it would completely crash my estrogen, thanks.
there's no need whatsoever to be dosing 600 mg per week to start with brother... lower your test dose.. 1 mg eod is a lot with arimidex... you judge it on bloodwork but 600 is just not necessary bro

I would never go over 1mg a week with A-dex, and that' s only if you're using a lot of aromatizing and you're sensitive to estrogen sides. For most people, 1/2 mg a week is plenty.
Mobster makes a great point. Unless you are sure through blood work, do not start slamming AI's. If you know your estrogen is high from bloods then start with .5mg EOD. Do not crash estrogen.
