I'd like to share my experience with Napsgear. I know there are a lot of fans of Napsgear here, probably a vested stake in its success.

Prior to Napsgear, I used Puritysourcelabs and always had quality experiences. I recently discovered domestic-supply and found they are by far the fastest with great selection for domestic US. I mean super fast.

I ordered 1 vial of primo from Napsgear on December 2nd to test them out. According to USPS Informed Delivery, a shipping label was created on December 5th. I received a shipped notification on December 9th. After 5 days, I reached out to support since USPS indicates they are still waiting for item. Support asked me to wait another 5 days. I reached back out since it's been 17 days and they indicated they are trying to find out what happened. Still nothing.

I've placed and received two separate orders with products from different warehouses and received them from domestic-supply in this window.

I've read some people say "as long as it comes", thats bs. Can't imagine ill re-order from Napsgear and happy im only out a single vial of primo.

The issues with primobolan is from what I understand the supplier goes out of stock but doesn't tell napsgear so many orders get stuck like this.
I'll tag @jasonhill800 here and let him know. They will fix it I believe.

what is your cycle plan since you have so much gear in? share please :D

i also have an order that is since Dec 1 that isn't tracking yet. i am not the least bit worried man. sometimes it can take time. but reach out to @jasonhill800 see if he can check more into it

You've got to be patient when you're ordering gear, especially this time of year. Everything is super slow right now with the holidays.

Napsgear is one of the top sources in the world. You really got nothing to worry about. I think one of the mistakes that people make is they stress too much over things they can't control. It'll get to you one way or the other.

Bros, everybody gonna be just as slow with shipping. It don't matter who you use. It's that time of year and this is the worst season ever.

Things are taking a long time right now. The tariffs have wrecked the global trade, and that's a big problem when it comes to shipping.

As per many posts NapsGear doesn't send the products - the brands do

I like how it was just glossed over that you received 2 shipments in that time from somebody else , yet the replies are ‘everybody is gonna be slow-‘ etc , which makes this thread the perfect example of why reading comprehension is important , and antioxidants and inflammatory care while taking gear is important in protecting your brain and preserving mental cognition.
Anyway , Napsgear is notoriously slow , not because they are slow themselves , but they are a giant dropshipper that notifies other suppliers to then ship out your order. The problem with this is obviously that for one , you put your trust in them, but the trust actually falls in the shippers themselves. Which isn’t made transparent for the common person , which is the majority which are not in these forums. But honestly that isn’t the biggest problem for me , it is that they market domestic delivery , and fast shipping times , with that little message “1 week domestic delivery”. I’ve never gotten that speed from them , not once. It needs to be deleted , that is what causes these issues, putting misleading false statements that you know you can’t keep, and leaving it to these forum guys to all meep meep the same nonsense that could have been avoided to begin with.
And no putting a message after the fact when the person orders that it may take longer is not honest or transparent, take the 1 week shipping off your site completely. That’s bait and switch.
But anyway brother , Domestic supply is notoriously fast , and good quality , not surprised you received 2 whole orders from them in that span of 17 days. The only trade off is that they don’t carry nearly as much as naps , and dont offer all the forms of payment , like Zelle , Venmo and credit card like naps does, which is wonderfully convenient, until you are waiting the entire month for an order (like I am right now , waiting for an order that will take 16 days to receive). Naps is good quality too (well , their suppliers) , but if I had all those payment forms from DS as well, I would never order from them for the sheer fact , that I have never had 1 order from DS that took as long. Not one , over all of these years.
But if you can mind the wait , Naps will absolutely pull through with vetted gear. It just might take all month tho.

I understand completely, I placed an order way back on Dec 20th and after over 30 days of only seeing label printed I reached out to napshelp, in which I was granted a reship on Feb 3rd. When the reship never got past label printed on Mar 5th I reached out to napshelp again. I was offered another reship but after perusing the site the products I ordered aren't in stock so a reship is probably pointless. I was also offered a store credit minus the loyalty rewards i had used because they are expired now, of course that's no fault of mine. This has been extremely frustrating to say the least. I have been a loyal customer to Napsgear for years to the tune of many many thousands of dollars but after this whole ordeal I'm just about ready to jump ship with the thinking that my money might be better spent elsewhere.

with worldwide shortages this isn't surprising, many brands go out of stock fast @Based_Chad you wouldn't be the first to get store credit due to out of stock products tbh
