Hello everyone,

I am 20 years old and have been working out for 5 years I am about 12% body fat and take lifting seriously. I want to take something that will help take me to the next level. I know I am young for AAS but what would be a good recommended cycle for me. Any help appreciated.
 
I would recommend that you continue your training and take some high quality supplements. Creatine for sure. I can’t recommend much else until a few years older man. Get your diet on point and maybe some natural test boosters.
 
Steroids/pro-hormones are a terrible idea for an 20 year old. I know this isn't the advice you want to hear but you will thank us in the long run. At 20, your body is still going through puberty. Throwing steroids into the mix will prevent your body from going through puberty properly. You are going to do serious long term permeant damage to your health.

Besides, at 20 your natural testosterone levels are already through the roof. All you need to do is perfect your diet and training. The only supplement an 20 year old needs is a good whey isolate supplement to help meet their body's daily protein requirements.

The longer you wait to do your first cycle - the more you will get out of it. Steroids are a tool. They are kind of your 'ace in the hole'. You want to make as much progress naturally before using steroids. That way the steroids will get you through the sticking point you reach when you are close to your natural potential.

Look at the best bodybuilders of all time - Kai Greene, Ronnie Coleman etc. They all built a base naturally. They learnt how to diet and train. Then when they added in the steroids, they absolutely exploded.

i need heigth and weight i choose to use anabolics around the same age because i decided i was close enough to my genetic potential did my research if your around 5'10 and under 215 at 12% i wouldent reccomend roids you dont need them to grow yet also at 20 i would need to know your diet is good and you arent getting blacked out every saturday on gameday bc steriods and partying dont mix

Oh, to be 20-years-old again and therefore not in need of steroids. Yeah, I would just about kill to have all of that natural testosterone coursing through my veins.

At 20 I was still in the Corps and did the bare minimum of PT because I hated being in the Marines in this one unit. Hard as fuck. So all I did on my free time was look for pussy and drink. If only I knew then what I know now!
