Just wanted to introduce myself.
5’7” 198lbs 34 Years old
Lifting for 5 Years.
Just started first cycle in December, 500 mg test per week. Aromasin 25mg EOD.
Lifting 5 days per week.
Calories around 2000 day. 250p 125c 55f (I eat a ton of eggs)
Wanting to save muscle while I cut, recoup if possible. Gigantic fat ass 5 years ago, lower abs suck as a result, arms are definitely my best body part.
Results so far have been promising. Here on the forums trying to learn everything I can.

You might want to get some Bloodwork, and check your Estradiol.

As your Dose of Aromasin is a bit much for most Guys on 500 Mg of Test per Week.
We usually recommend starting 12.5 Mg EOD for Aromasin.
But Bloodwork will tell if you are taking Too Much, or the Dose is Correct for you................. JP
 
Body fat is probably 18 to 20%.
I would like to be around 175 lbs.

I would get your body fat down to at least 12% before starting a steroid cycle.

Not only will you get way more out of the steroid cycle - the higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen. Running a steroid cycle at a very high body fat is asking for side effects like gyno
 
Correct.
Body fat has gone down, muscle has gone up since starting cycle... weight has essentially stayed the same at 198. Body fat closer to 16% I’d guess now. Will absolutely start 2nd cycle (whenever that may be) at a lower weight. Trying to err on the side of over estimating body fat, as in my experience most guys severely underestimate.
 
18-20% body fat is not that bad to be honest. Most people are much higher. If you lock the diet right in you will be down to 15% or so in no time. It can happen really fast with the dedication and consistency.
 
Thanks for the encouragement. I have cut weight many times before by being consistent with my macros and weight lifting. I have never hit a plateau on the scale like this. My weight hasn’t changed at all and I’ve been hitting my macros for 10 weeks or so, 5 of those weeks on test. I’ve seen excellent muscle gains, and my midsection has thinned out, so i know there is some recomposition going on. I’m learning how my body reacts to being on cycle. I’m wondering what the scale will do when I come off the test? I’m hesitant to cut my calories much further.
