ok guys take it a lil easy here.

Me 43 510 220. average muscular build. always has a bit of gyno i guess. I've been working out for a long time.Ive done one cycle in the past 8 weeks

testp,masterone.clen t3 and pct more info if needed on that cycle
that was 3 years ago

I'm looking for a great new cycle to build some good hard muscle but also cutting BF. like i said I've always had a bit of gyno so i am looking for something that will def tighten up the bitch tits.

Bench 225 6 times
squat 275 8 times just a small info on my strength

i am very serious into getting into better muscle mass and definition. My diet is mediocre and very clean at times.

i used to use elite fitness years ago but now found this much better sight now. the info on hear seems so much better.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
 
At 5'10" and 220lbs I suspect you have a bit of body fat to lose first. I would recommend getting your diet locked in from mediocre to consistently clean whole foods. This will get you started. I would run the sarms triple stack before jumping back on gear. It will help with your goals.

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day

hey thanks and yes you are probably right. my probably need to loose fat might not be gyno.

thanks for that info I'm really gonna try sarms i was actually reading the info last night and was thinking that might be the way to go.

I've got the diet clean for a while not and need to stay motivated and make it even better. i have an issue with not eating enough. i need to eat more of the good stuff instead of skipping.

I agree completely with Masonic bodybuilder. Steroids DO NOT burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. SARMS would be a much better choice for your goals, body type and situation.

A good addition to the triple stack would be N2slin. N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and nutrient partitioner. It increases the insulin sensitivity of your muscle cells. Part of the problem a lot of older guys struggle with fat around their mid section is due to poor insulin sensitivity.
