Hey everyone. I’m a newbie on this forum. I was given the details of this site/forum from a mate. I’m looking to start a course of juice. Has anyone got any. Do not dos? Or info I should know? I kinda know what I want from this. To come out much bigger and much leaner. I’m about 82kgs I eat right , I train right . I just want to push it a little more and get great results! I was going to run test e , sus 250 , and deca. ( or something for mass) I know it sounds a lot for a first time but 1/2 ml of each for 12 weeks -going up. Pyramid style and coming back down,? If I sound like a simple fella sorry. I’m just really putting together what everyone has told me . Looking forward to any help. Aswel as spearing me the right direction as well. Thanks men.

Bro sounds like you need to learn a lot more before you jump on but i think you know that too. You should start a pre cycle log so people can get a better understanding of where your diet and training is genuinely at so then you can get accurate advice. On the other hand, no point in using test and sus250 together, makes no sense, they are both testosterone so just stick with one, and test e would be the easier ester to manage. Being you first cycle i wouldn't recommend running deca as well just test would be fine but you do you at the end of the day. I wouldn't titrate or pyramid the esters will do that for you so pick your dose, start low no need to complicate your first cycle with heaps of sides. @Eddie Haskell can we get this thread moved to the right section brother 👌
 
Hey bro 250mg of test e per week will be plenty for a first time cycle. Especially if your training and diet are on point. It may not sound like a lot but by sticking with a moderate dose you will learn how your body responds to gear and will be much easier to manage side effects.
 
Start conservatively, 250mg of test, have an AI on hand. You will grow from this.
Read and learn as much as you can.
Exactly! And do just test starting, just the one ester see how ya respond. Especially instead of including deca at least you can see how you respond on test. Then if there’s deca issues after adding in you know what compounds cause bother or how you respond etc

Why the heck 2 ethers of test? Sus 250 and test e? Seems silly to me. No no and no. You would br better starting off with 1 compound test. I would recommend test e. You dont not need to add a second compound off the get go.

Why you might ask?

You need to see how well your body responds to test. You need to learn to do bloodwork. You cant wing this, trust me gander in my log and you will see my journey.

Best thing would be to start your own log and get proper advice from the admins etc.

Post up your diet

You need one not test and sus together.

Big and lean is diet dependent. We ask because we would see you rather be safe and gain properly then just be a water bomb from retention. These boys all are experienced so give us info
 
Very helpful and I appreciate the constructive criticism. I’ll read a bit more into it over the links and try understand a bit more
