Hey everyone. I’m a newbie on this forum. I was given the details of this site/forum from a mate. I’m looking to start a course of juice. Has anyone got any. Do not dos? Or info I should know? I kinda know what I want from this. To come out much bigger and much leaner. I’m about 82kgs I eat right , I train right . I just want to push it a little more and get great results! I was going to run test e , sus 250 , and deca. ( or something for mass) I know it sounds a lot for a first time but 1/2 ml of each for 12 weeks -going up. Pyramid style and coming back down,? If I sound like a simple fella sorry. I’m just really putting together what everyone has told me . Looking forward to any help. Aswel as spearing me the right direction as well. Thanks men.
