Today's workout. Last weight training day of the week.

Military press 140 x 8, 6, 5, 4, 3
Weighted dips 75 x 10, 9, 7 (80 next)
Incline dumbbell press 60 x 14, 12, 9 (65 next).
Waiter's curl 25- 3 sets of 15. (Mostly to rehab elbow. 30 next).
Wrist curl 40- 3 sets of 20
Reverse wrist curl 40 x 20, 15, 15 (50 next for both).

Weekly visit to chiropractor

19 hour fast, broken with turkey sausage and eggs, apple, banana, protein shake with a scoop of creatine.

Cardio was done at around 13 hours fasted. Aboutt 22 grams carbs in the trail mix. Not sure about the fruit. I assume it's not very much.
@Krazyhoss try to wait until past 16-18 hours so you can do cardio bro so you get max fat loss benefit
 
My lifting days are sun-day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Tuesday and Friday are "off" days when I do an hour cardio. Saturday is sabbath, so complete rest.

I'm thinking Tuesday and Thursday, after lifting, begin my fast at noon. So when I get to my cardio next day, I will have fasted for approximately 20 hours. Then I can maximize fat burn and gh secretion at night while sleeping.

Thoughts? Am I thinking correctly?

@Krazyhoss on your fasting days try to push into 20-22 hours like OMAD this is correct

Plus, that would give me two 20+ hour fasts per week.
20 hour fasts is perfect

Not really fussed on religion on forums (used to cause issues as did politics and sexual orientation). A rest day is just that
