Hey guys just finished my 2nd cycle been off pct for 2 weeks and in 3 months I would like to run my 3rd my stats 5’8 210lbs 11%bf 29yr been training for 6 years first cycle was when I was a teen (I know I was a dumb ass) my next cycle test sust 500 a week mast e 600 a week for 14 weeks anavar 50mg Ed for 4 weeks stop that and start winstrol 50mg Ed for 4 weeks and end on last shot total 8 weeks pct kick start Followed by the perfect PCT I’ve never used or knew of anyone who has anavar so I don’t know if I should use it I have clen also but really don’t want to touch that shit from what I’ve heard what do you guys think

you sound like a beast with those stats.

you are using a lot of gear so no i don't think you need to keep adding more stuff at all.

also since you used steroids as a teen and now are almost 30 have you ran bloodwork? i would rec'd running bloodwork BEFORE you run your next cycle

So id stay away from SUS id just run Test E or Test C as you will need to dose twice a week (or should at least) with the mast. SUS is such a long ester I dont think you would benefit here.

I would stay away from the orals unless you want to add Var or Winny as a finisher for the final 4 weeks but Mast is going to dry you out and get you harder than either of those so not sure if you really need them.

Dont touch clen. Its not worth it. Others will say yes but for the benefits you get it takes a huge toll on your body and for me it impacted my strength.

I guess though what are the goals of your cycle? Get lower than 11% bodyfat and maintain/add a few pounds?

My goal for this cycle is to get to 8%bf and add 10lbs of lean muscle IÂ’m pretty lean now but my dad is in his 60s and he is a beast but that is Genetics and him blasting and cruising lol but IÂ’m more concerned with getting the 10lbs of lean muscle

I definitely don’t want to use clen I got it as a gift from psl but definitely not using it

Yea so adding 10 pounds and cutting body fat is probably not possible in one cycle. If you were a beginner then maybe but at your height, weight, and BF you are pretty well built so I think you will struggle with that.

For instance im 6'9" 255 pounds and about 13% bodyfat right now and my next cycle is going to be 300mg/week test E and 600mg/week Primobolan for 12 weeks. Goal is to continue to lean out but maintain strength.

Mast is a great compound to harden but it isnt going to add mass. To be honest your best bet would be a 300mg/week test + 200mg/week tren cycle and I rarely suggest using Tren if its just your 3rd cycle.

Again you may be able to do what you are trying in one cycle but just trying to set realistic expectations as to lose 3% bodyfat and gain 10 pounds in a signle cycle for an advanced lifter is very very very hard to do.

I gained 15lbs on my last cycle and lost 4%bf my diet is spot on no cheat days gym time is around 2 hours of hard lifting 5 days a week sat and sun is my cardio days I start with a 3 mile run to the gym work out then run 3 miles back home that is every day I don’t play when it comes to working out I’m very motivated and Determined and have plenty of discipline hopefully 10lbs won’t be hard to Achieve

Yea you may be able to you know your body better than anyone else!

I just find that for me ive been lifting for 20+ years (38 now) and for me im hitting that point where each cycle I cant add weight and lose bodyfat and my training is spot on and diet is legit calculated out.

Not trying to say you cant just as you progress your cycles will add less and less if you are trying to maintain or reduce BF is all.

My real problem is my work outs Will post another thread for that tho just don’t get sore anymore and I lift heavy 5 to 8 reps 5 sets changed workouts to full body but didn’t fill like I was doing anything so went back to lifts 2 muscle groups a day like back and Biceps, chest and triceps etc any I switch it up a lot so My muscles will get confused but just cannot get sore except for leg day so I’m always sore after doing legs And back any thoughts

I hit my muscle groups once a week. I do Pushing (chest, dips, shoulders, tris) then a cardio day, legs, then cardio day, pulling (pullups, chinups, biceps, rows, etc), then cardio then take sunday off or do an active rest day.

It really comes down to though the volume. If you go crazy and spend 2 hours on chest you really cant do it more than twice a week to make sure you recover. Thats kind of what I do.

If you are doing shorter weight sessions you can do it 2-3 times a week assuming you have recovered.

The main thing is watching out for your joints and ligaments. If you train too often or too hard you will start to suffer injuries there.

The more mass you hold on your body and the closer to your genetic potential you are, the less each cycle brings on results. That's just reality. For instance where I'm at right now I'm happy with 1 to 2 lbs of mass per YEAR

Well I feel like a sack of shit there are some days I take the elevator to the weight room on the second floor of my gym.

DOMS isn't the be all and end all and definitely not the only way to judge a workout. As Lee Haney has said, you want to stimulate the muscle, not annihilate it.

Have you played around with time under tension/eccentric training?
Do you have a training partner or use a PT? They can help to push you far more than you would normally train at.

It really comes down to though the volume.
Spot on. Doing too much can actually backfire and hurt your progress. Mostly it's also about training for what your lifestyle will allow.

Much like you do already for your cycle, plan out what your training is going to look like for that same period. Pick a goal, I recommend following the KISS principle (keep it simple) and then play around with the programming to achieve it.
Then stick to it! People will often change their program far too quick/often and not stick with it long enough to get the desired result.

Thank y’all for all For all the comments I now know what I can do to improve my workouts But I do have one more question there’s a lot of people that tell me I should not run as much as I do around 6 miles a day good or bad

Its keeping you lean. I dont see an issue with it. It may hinder some muscle gain but as long as you are consuming enough calories above maintenance + training to build you should be fine.

Are you doing drop sets, supersets, triple drop sets? Use all the tricks in the bag. I thought the same thing until I trained shoulders with my body building buddy I haven't seen for a while. Holy crap my shoulders were so swole and pumped and later on...sore...it was amazing.
