What are your feelings on using pre-workouts these days
is it something that you need to take or is it something that you recommend I avoid
I’ve always struggled with energy it takes a lot for me just to get out of bed every morning I’m just one of those people
not sure that I can train without one because I need that energy do you recommend I use a certain version?

i like preworkouts
main cardazol it works 2-3 caps blows out of the water

I use one but also train super early at 5 am. It's up to you to decide if it's needed or not. It definitely enhances things for me so I'm a big supporter of them

I do enjoy them as they certainly improve focus, energy and endurance. Not to mentioned there is a noticeable muscle pump that can't be attained without it.
I'm currently using Gorilla Mode Pre-Workout & Zombie Labs Extreme Stimulant Pre (Creatine Free).
I do dose the Zombie at about 3/4 a scoop (quite little) and then add a small dose of Gorilla as the Creatine often leads to water retention (quite frustrating as it looks like I've gained pounds within a short period of time lol).

All in all, it absolutely depends upon your response to them and whether you require the extra energy. I know people who come straight from work to the gym and unless they have Pre they struggle to maintain effective intensity in their workouts week in, week out.
Also, the type of Pre you get certainly can either turn you away from them or swear by them.
It' tough... In my personal opinion 2 scoops of a high-stim pre is not the best way to go, as many times the heart rate increase can be a little distracting.
I don't know. Trial and error bro.
But I would recommend having a geese at Derek's (More Plates More Dates) run down of his Pre on YT if you're interested.
One of the best out there... but for some the creatine can be counter effective (bloating, water retention etc.)

Hopefully my info helped some people out here.

don't use pre-workouts they're very addictive and once you start taking them you won't be able to train without them

pre workouts damage the heart

yeah cardazol is safe and works good

n2bm has the best products hands down

n2guard can work as a pre workout too
