It depends on how little you eat. If you eat near maintenance you'll stay about the same. You eat at a defecit below maintenance and you lose weight. That's how calories work.

Dylan laid out it pretty well here.
It obviously depends what you are running and how little you are eating but either way you remain about the same and get maybe a little harder and denser looking physique.

But like I said it depends...

there is no black and white answer to this

it would depend on a lot of factors and what specific steroids you took

the one problem guys do is they eat too much on steroids and gain a lot of fat and water weight. this is not the way it should be done. you should never eat more food on steroids because you believe that you will 'gain more'.. nope, doesn't work like that. you can only build so much muscle in x amount of time.

As per a post of the other day - some. But not an all you can eat binge fest. As in forget thinking you need to go 1000+ kcals over - 200 is plenty. And I've agreed with Stevesmi many times on the slow gains. 3lbs at a time will stick more than the 10lbs plus.

Since I started competing and all those are, of course, strength related, any gain has been a bonus and not actually needed.

Steroids prevent muscle loss so you would most likely loose body fat but not gain any muscle, assuming your diet was at least half decent.
