We have been thinking about making our powders a bit more user friendly and making them into pills or capsules. Do people have a preference?

Please let us know your thoughts with a comment or react to this comment with a…. for pills….or for caps….or if you don’t give a f**k! haha

Big shoutout to @bigdawg1 at notorious labs coming through with a grade primo in this shortage. has to be the smoothest primo I’ve ever pinned definitely will be going back for more and postage was super fast was here within 2 day 10/10 recommend

Had a Roidsafe referral that won't be much use on my blast (need LCMS), so went and got bloods done yesterday morning to just check that things were continuing to improve. Happy to see that everything is in the right space, and with the exception of a few niggles that are being worked on, the body is in a good space for another push.

Massive thanks to @bigdawg1 for his support and quality gear over the last 11 weeks. Another two weeks to go on the test and mast cruise phase, and then will be blasting off
