The recommended dosage of ostarine is 25mg/day. I would run the S4 at 50mg/day and ostarine at 25mg/day for 8-16 weeks.

After the SARMS cycle, run a bottle of a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com as a mini PCT. 5 capsules/day for 30 days. After the mini PCT you are safe to do another cycle of SARMS.

for me 50mg a day of S4 is a plenty, assuming it is from a legit source.. i will get vision sides at that dosage.

as far as ostarine i would roll with 25mg a day

The recommended dose where the efficiency is at highest is 25mg/ed. So getting a bottle from sarms1.com will last you 2 months.

The difference is that 20 mgs is twice as much as 10 mgs, so you would obviously get different results.

Your S4 dose is good at 50mg but get that Ostarine dose up to 25mg per day. This is where you will get results.
