Are any of you guys using palm hearts in your meal plans?
I had some yesterday at a local restaurant and it taste awesome, I wanted to include it into my diet.
Low Calorie and Very Nutritious.
I don't eat enough of them, but I've a Local Place that just opened that carries them, so I'll be eating them again real soon................... JP
I go through spurts where I'll eat them everyday, then I won't eat them for a while. lf you can definitely incorporate them into your diet. They are very good for you and they taste good too
I've eaten them once, and really liked the taste. However, they are not sold around my place, so unfortunately it is very hard for me to implement them into my diet plan. But I would definitely do so if I had the chance to do so.

It's very important to eat a wide variety of foods. I try to base my diet on what fruits and vegetables are in season. By incorporating a wide variety of foods into your diet you greatly reduce your risk of developing food allergies and get a much greater variety of micronutrients and macronutrients.
Eating a variety of protein sources is particularly important. I often see bodybuilders eat nothing but chicken and whey shakes. That is a nutrient deficiency waiting to happen.
