PCT should start when you stop taking the steriod and it has some time to clear your system. Test Prop should be about 3 days. So I would start PCT on the 4th day after your last Test shot. This is what I would do. I think waiting 2 weeks is way to long. IMO.

Test Cyp and Test E are basically the same, nearly identical release patterns between the two. While these 2 compounds have a longer half life than a Test Prop they basically peak at the same time, usually by the 2nd day. When gauging when to start pct when taking Test Cyp or Enanthate go off of when levels start to go way down, which I'm thinking will be day 7-10.
So if taking a test Cyp or Enanthate start pct 7-10 days after last injection. This is what I follow, and I mostly take enanthate in my cycles.

Also me and all my buddies take something called HCG right after stopping steriods. It helps with making your testicles full again and starts natural test production. Have you looked into it? My testicles as well as I hear all my friends say they shrink to the size of gumballs when taking steriods. This product makes them grow back pretty quickly. My buddies always make me take it and just give me bottles of it when I'm buying steriods from em. They say without it I may not recover properly.

The day after your last injection, start the rest of your PCT drugs - clomid, nolvadex, ostarine, and cardarine.

What are the ostarine and Cardarine? Never heard of them before.
you are confusing half life with how long the ester sticks around.
you have to multiply the half life X 5 .. so really its 15 days with prop and 5 weeks with longer esters

Nah, I'm not confused. I've been doing cycles for many years now along with a lot of my friends bud and I know what works for PCT. But I won't argue with you. Just don't ever try and correct me again. Thanx.

The next day after the last injection is a good time to start the PCT, since the propionate is a very short ester.
I would not use HCG, neither on cycle, nor off cycle, since its benefits are definitely not worth all the risks. It can cause such side effects as gyno and suppression, and it will barely do anything for your natural testosterone production. In fact, it only mimics the functions of LH and FSH, but it will not actually make them work. As a result, you will get an increased level of testosterone only while you take HCG, which will drop back down as soon as you stop using it. Therefore, it would make sense to use something that will cause less side effects and actually do something for your natural testosterone production. For instance, you can use HCGenerate ES - it will keep the plums big and functioning during the cycle, and it will be a great help for natural testosterone production during PCT, since it will make LH and FSH actually work. As a result, your body will keep producing testosterone even after you stop taking it. However, unlike HCG, it will not cause any side effects at all, and it is more convenient, since it is taken orally. Besides, the libido boost from HCGenerate ES is a sight to see.

These are some awesome compounds, and they can be extremely useful during a PCT.
I would start the SERMS the next day after last injection. The thing I would also do is add HCGenerate ES into your cycle a couple weeks before your last injection. You will not need HCG if you do this instead. It is also a natural product and you wont need to inject. Lev gives you good info above on Ostarine and Cardarine. I include both in my PCT every time.

I like hcg because its a quick 2 weeks then im off and onto different things like nolva and clomid which work great too for LH and the fsh like you say too and then I stop taking all drugs and just recover naturally which is what pct is about for most people, getting off taking all this stuff and being natural. At least until next steriod cycle lol. That's all I love is being on cycle so I know taking breaks is very important too. And now seeing that some of these pct cycles actually has more drugs and taking stuff longer that the actual steriod cycle is makes me wonder whats even going on and if people know what r hey are even doing so I'll just stick with what I know
