Potassium

4700 is close enough to 5k for me.
I found some with 250mg but I don't have any idea if the body absorbs potassium supps very well.

Avocados
Baked Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Acorn or Winter Squash
Spinach
Coconut Water
Beets
White Beans
Non fat Yoghurts

All of the above are higher than bananas

Cream of tartar is the best. I use half a table spoon if I am holding to much water. what is cream of tartar? It's a dry, powdery, acidic byproduct of fermenting grapes into wine. Its sciency name is potassium bitartrate, aka potassium hydrogen tartrate or tartaric acid (hence the commercial name). But you can find it in the spice aisle labeled as plain ol' cream of tartar.

Potassium is found in high concentrations in fruits and vegetables. There is no need for a potassium supplement. Just up your fruit/vegetable consumption. Particularly dark green vegetables like kale

When u r a blue collard tradesman on industrial job sites 10-12hrs a day for 30-60 days in a row sometime diet is not so simple,
Cream of starter sounds like a great option.

I KNOW DG is a bananna fan!!! LOL

i fucking cringe at the thought!! i saw dried apricots were pointed out and those helped me A LOT getting more intake and you know what else is not a food but has a fuckload in it? coconut water is actually one of the best sources you can find and no matter what job you have, you can certainly carry a few cans of that there with you and drink those as well
