Approved Log Pre-Cycle log - Testosterone Cypionate, Deca Tbol

Thank you 2thick. I was going to mention that I’ll be going away on April 10-25 for a military event and my last pin is on April 1st. I won’t have access to any PCT until coming back home. That should be an issue since Deca will probably be in my system for a month so i won’t have to worry about it until I come back?

Well to be honest I rarely go out to hang out I’m more introverted so I stay home and make food. If I’m forced out due to family events than I’d order a steak from the restraunt. But I’ll look at other stuff right now do you have any recommendations for me to take a look at?
Personally I like NPP way more than Tren. My strength went crazy on NPP and I felt like an animal in the gym. Much easier side effect profile to manage and similar where a little goes a long way.

You'd probably love anavar too. You could run them together. It's like a pre workout x20. Take it an hour before you train and enjoy the ride.

I get the feeling you're like me where you love to train, so those two are my personal faves in that sense.

Thank you @LevButlerov i figured I’d just crush my chest since I couldn’t pick up the 255lbs for flat bench so I do it as punishment 😂.

Shoulder injuries are not good man. You need to start bombing it with some healing peptides.

Shoulder injuries are not good man. You need to start bombing it with some healing peptides.
Yea sucks but I plan to just lower the weight and do a bunch of reps. And plan to take a 3 day rest week Friday-Sunday. It should be better by than. It’s funny I didn’t realize domestic sold healing peptides I took a look and found BPC-157 and I’m guessing you gotta inject it.

injury is not good, you need to deload upper body 1 week, do lower and cardio @Hungry_Mexican

Where does it hurt in your shoulder?

Sounds like a front delt issue if it's hurting when pressing, curls is kinda odd.

So I tried benching yesterday and it didn’t hurt but whenever I tried curling it hurts but I tried doing cable side shoulder raises that’s where I felt the pain and it was automatically clear thats where the pain is.

You've come a long way bro. Much wider up top and thinner in the middle. Getting a nice V taper going. The progression looks great!

I actually ran test, primo, NPP, and anavar. But just NPP and anavar could work well too.

You should also consider running 25mg of Proviron a day with the NPP

It’s funny I was looking around for cycle and ran into the cycle that includes primo. 😂 I’ll think about running primo now it’s a sign. But what was your dosage like I heard if your gonna run all 3 to lower npp

So I started the first 8 weeks around 200 test 200 primo, 25mg pre-workout anavar. The introduced the NPP at 200mg and added 25mg of proviron. Did that for 2 weeks then bumped test, primo, and NPP to 300.

Tried running anavar at 50mg pre-workout but the pumps I was getting the next day at work were fukn brutal so I backed it off. You'll wanna make sure you got some Taurine to.helpmeotj the Anavar pumps

Yep you basically got it. I ran an 18 week cycle with tapers included. I only ran the NPP at 200 for a week or maybe 2, I bumped it pretty quick. Felt so good on 200 I was like I bet 300 will be even better lol. Plus I was advised to start at 300 but I chickened out and started at 200.

Yea if you look in my signature that cycle is under my first log link. The gains were great. Added and held onto about 20lbs and stayed fairly lean throughout.

The only thing you didn't get was the Anavar. So that I only took pre-workout. I also ground it up and put it under my tongue to dissolve. Did both to avoid unwanted liver stress. I'd throw down the Anavar about 45mins before training and it worked great. It was like the ultimate pre lol

Yep that's how I did it basically. I only wanted it for the extra drive in the gym. It's damn good at getting you fired up to train. Best pre-workout I've ever tried lol. Grind it up, let it sit under your tongue until it dissolves, 45 mins later your itching to push
