Diet : Don’t track that much but i am in a surplus mostly eating eggs,beef,chicken breast ,potatoes , White rice,proteine shakes.
Training : push on monday ,pull on thuesday ,legs on wensday , saturday back and chest, sunday arms
Cardio : None but I get 10k steps a day
Sleep : trying to aim for 8hours a day but mostly 5-6 Just started to take melatonin
Supplements : proteine powder ,melatonin ,magnesium, omega-3

You need to start tracking to do a cycle thats serious.

I don't track either. it does more harm then good for a lot of people. @Testmax223 i beleive in cycling macros anyway day by day

@Testmax223 looks good on this food. at your age its essential to eat and train properly to maximize results. that is what you will do

Definitely a good idea to get this started. You should nail down your diet and training over the next few years. You'll get some good benefits, you don't need steroids at your age. @Testmax223

@Testmax223 2 years of training is going to be choppy as a teenager. you need to dial it in. and you need to start putting up food updates

What can yall recommend for sleep ? Its my main problem i have a really poor sleep quality and its slowing me down too much
