I will admit that meal looks really good. @madcap71 Shrimp is very underrated. I thought I read they have some nutrition in them not found in other foods.
They're pretty much 100% protein and they have astaxanthin which is in the krill oil we all should take. Best omega 3's out there.

@madcap71 looking good as usual shredded to the bone killer physique man

wow that is something cool i didn't know. now the hard part is finding quality shrimp. its either farm raised or stinks from the store
Haha ain't that the truth. Just get the bigger kind it's the small ones that tend to be nasty. You can get frozen cooked shrimp with tail on and thaw them and pound the whole bag. Don't use the microwave to thaw them though that's when you'll stink the place up LOL.

Dooooooooooo it!!!
Not this season, this is my last one. My priorities in life are changing, want to move house and start a family and then maybe in a couple of years I'll start a long prep with a targeted mass gaining phase to bring up my legs and glutes before picking a show.

The wife, as supportive as she has been this prep really sees my passion for the sport and thinks I should return to it once we've had kids

Thank you all, gents

Well that's a much better reason for stopping than not wanting to shave lol.

Makes total sense bro. Atleast you went out with a bang right! Good fuel to keep that fire burning.

@madcap71 man you looked awesome, extremely proud of how well you showed up in the competition. Keep after her brother you have a phenomenal physique.

Bro you brought one helluva package to that stage! These photos look incredible! Seeing physiques such as yours and the journey to stage really sets a whole new level of heat to my own journeys fire. Rest day for me today but ima go do an hour or so of cardio now 😆
Thank you brother. If it helps, I did minimal cardio this prep 😂

Thats crazy, goes to show there are multiple hands we can play to get peeled to the bone.

I actually really like cardio i just dont do much of it as my daily step count is not only huge on average but i try to lug as much weight around with me as well lol. On setout day where im rigging ill carry all the props around by hand for the day. Be similar to placing 50 45kg barbells around a construction site😂😂

You have amazing conditioning :D @madcap71 IMO better thent he other 2 on stage, but you need to work on the size a bit for next show. I would say +20lbs would put you over the top with each show.
And back lat spread right leg, bring it back for a calf pop.

@HarleyGuy @vanlife_gymbum @Noah Wixx

The next show will be many moons away, if I ever do one.

I'm not a fan of the leg back. Still trying to find out the best way to pose for me, but keeping my legs together, I can arch back better while engaging the hamstrings

299's upper body is shit but his legs take the cake here. 301 looks small and disinterested and his posing is horrendous. 300 (ie: @madcap71 the beast) EASILY destroyed 299 and 301 with overall size, shape and grainy AF! Your posing is miles above the other two especially your side chest. 301 on side pose looks like he's going to tip over and might be dizzy, 299 is hiding his entire right arm and delt and isn't grainy at all.

Being beside these two really show your size WITH conditioning that your brought. You're a pro card waiting to happen brother!

@madcap71 imo you have a pro card in you!
Yes!

The next show will be many moons away, if I ever do one.
It's in the cards IMO with your good genetics and power base you can easily gain some offseason mass and step on stage :D @madcap71
can we start a new offseason log to work on gains?

Sure that's fair, but that's a standard pose for back lat spread, you need to put the calf out. More of a judging situation rather than personal choice here.
