Didn't place unfortunately, the PCA London's is a very popular show so was in a busy and competitive class. Was in the first call out after the initial round of posing so probably came 5th or 6th.

Back to the drawing board for me next and last show.

Only seen one picture so far; from my individual routine:

whether you placed or not is irrevelant. @madcap71 The main thing is, you made your goals. You got so lean and you got so ripped, very impressive job.

@madcap71 the physique is outstanding. looking ripped and muscular. that is how it should be!

bros that a tough competition cause you look great! i would have thought you would have won or got top 3 easy. now i want to see who beat you @madcap71
The winner was very good. Big, full and peeled. As he was pumping up and munching on Haribo candy, he was just getting leaner and more vascular. At that point I knew I was fighting for 3rd place at best. Happy I made the first callout to be looked at and maybe if my posing was better I would have done better.

Back on protein/fats to try and pull down a bit more on bodyfat although I am already very lean, it's my best chance of placing better in the finals.

Winstrol has been added in now so current stack is:

350mg test e, 600mg mast e, 450mg boldenone e, 210mg tren ace (split into daily injections)

100mcg T4, 80mcg Clen, 3mg Reta, 3mg oral SLU, 50mg Winstrol, 75mg Proviron, 0.5mg Arimidex (daily)

There are definitely some tough competitors in London. But a lot of people fly in from the other parts of Europe as well, and the Middle East. So don't keep your head down. You still did fantastic. It's all about competing with yourself. Not against others. @madcap71

Pressing strength looks solid with 120 kg sets moving smoothly across both chest machines. The 200 kg dips show strong triceps drive, and pairing them with lateral raises was a good call to keep shoulder balance tight.

Next push session, bump incline press to 125 kg for the first set while holding 10 reps, and add a controlled negative to skullcrushers for deeper tricep fatigue. Keep tracking these sessions since your loading balance between chest and triceps is dialed in now.

I don't think at this stage, where I'm depleted, flat and potentially dehydrated, there's much benefit pushing things to 50/50 reps but the incline press probably will go up slightly

Good point :D well taken. Best recover now.
Masteron has been pulled out now for anavar so stack is now:

350mg test e, 450mg boldenone e, 210mg tren ace (split into daily injections)

You should drop the t4 and clen at this point out from the show imo or at least start cutting doses. @madcap71

T4 likely won't be dropped, Clen will come out towards the end of the week or peak week most likely. But awaiting instructions from my coach on this.

why wouldn't he drop t4? you should take your own stock and drop it, you don't need it post show just messes up your thyroid. @madcap71

Good flow with RDLs at 132.5 kg anchoring the session and pairing well with the glute ham raises. Keep that pairing as your main strength driver and add a 3rd RDL set next week for 8–10 reps to build more tension through the hamstrings while keeping the same load.

I meant it won't be pulled before the show.
What's the point of me paying a coach to not listen to him? Until he tells me to pull T4, I'm not going to pull it, but I'm sure it will come out or tapered down when it's time for me to reverse out.

Thank you, but again, I'm not adding additional sets to my training so close to the show. This will likely be my last ham/glutes session before the show anyway.

Solid finish before the show. Presses moving smooth at 70 kg for 12 is strong, rear delts and laterals kept higher reps to bring the detail out, and arms work with 18 kg hammers and 14 kg skulls is right where you want the pump without digging into recovery. Volume was balanced enough to keep blood in the muscles and not spill over into fatigue. :D
I'm torn here because Lev is right about not dipping into recovery vs keeping size with what got you that size to begin with

Allow me in my limited and humble opinion and experience 'judging' but you TOTALLY stand out from the other two here! Your insertions are amazing and your chest doesn't even compare. One looks flat and the other looks puffy and you came in in shape and conditioned and looking denser too. Amazing to be a part of this log I can't wait to start from page 1 in the morning! @madcap71 this is a very tough competition. I think what got these guys the top three is their crazy vascularity. The winner especially has veins popping out all over him.

Calves look insane, super vascular in that pic. Keep the calf raise at 120 kg for 3x15 next time and add a 4th set once you feel the pump. :D

Leg work looks strong, pendulum at 72.5 kg for 4x8 is solid, big pump.

Hard to tell without comparisons, do you have any comparison shouts with you and some of them? @madcap71

I can’t see what the judges saw. I see you second, pretty clearly. Number one does look really good. He’s several kits of gh ahead of that’s what the veins are telling me. And he’s big and dialed and deserves credit but @madcap71 I’ve been watching you since your first post and you are THE REAL THING.

@madcap71 i'm not judge at all but i think the first place guy deserved it. i think you should have gotten 2nd place. i'm sure he was on A LOT more stuff then you too
He was very good, full, lean, vascular and kept getting bigger and leaner as he pumped up. I wouldn't like to speculate but I imagine he's on the big boy cycles for sure

the judges can kiss my ass. i thought you deserved top 2 or top 3 minimum. whatever the point is you repped the EVO family like the champion you are @madcap71
He looks so much better than 2 and 3. The short guy, he had some muscle, but his aesthetics terrible compared to our @madcap71. Tall guy? Nothing on him. I just don’t see it. Madcap had the best look. The winner looked good and was huge. I’ll give it to him. The other guys, no way

Next time round is 8 days away and will likely be my last ever show, I don't think a 20lb gain will translate well on stage haha

Big and lean in the pics, back looks thick with great shape through the rear delts. :D
Strong rows at 105 kg and clean weighted chins show you’re progressing both size and density.

Keep dumbbell rows in the mix and add one slow negative set next session for more mid back detail. Everything’s moving the right way, just stay consistent with food and recovery.

No, mostly in a bodybuilding gym but I like having my own set up for convenience or when I want to do some heavy deadlifts I peace, yards from my own kitchen and sofa haha

@madcap71 I think it's good to have a home gym. You can use it to throw around the weights. This way you don't have to worry about getting anyone in your way. Or damaging equipment.

It's the shaving and the fucking fake tan that kills it for me, if I could go on stage hairy and pale I wouldn't mind so much haha
Nair baby! Nair! I nair it all! LOL

275g prawns
60g jasmine rice
20g almond butter
Onions, peppers, spinach
+ 4 rice cakes as coach told me to add 25 carbs to this meal, the rice was already cooked and I'm not turning on the rice cooker for anything less than 100g 😂

@madcap71 nice updates on this. surprised you pulled the reta. it will still be in your system for weeks though so maybe that was why?

nair burns too much though. i tried it once. also it smells horrible and clogs up the pipes in my shower
Haha I know. The bottle says leave it on for 5 minutes so I leave it on for more than 10 then it slides right off. I get out of the shower all red but it goes away. And ya the smell smells like a dirty hair salon.

It's an unknown variable for my prep, pulling it out on my last show seemed to work as we were able to carb load without any bloat or distension. Plus I wanna eat post show haha

I will admit that meal looks really good. @madcap71 Shrimp is very underrated. I thought I read they have some nutrition in them not found in other foods.

You are definitely filling out nicely. Those carbs are getting shuttled into your muscles like a sponge and the vascularity is very impressive. @madcap71
