Pre workouts aside from shakes

I have been using protein shakes an energy drinks as my pre-workout over the past week and it hasn't been working out well for me and it's been upset my stomach and I feel nauseous during a workout
I need to switch to something that's not going to screw me up. What is the best pre-workout that you recommend
 
you are stressing out your body then stressing it out more when you workout. makes no sense

i'm not a person who takes anything pre workout, but if you must take something look for a clean product. something like n2generate

I suggest cardazol 4 caps with a protein shake before you train.
 
ostazol m1mk is the best preworkout out there
 
ostazol and cardazol 3 caps each preworkout

For the last 3 years I use CARDAZOL-NATURAL booster of cardio,stamina,energy, FAT loss
 
The main thing is to be hydrated before training. It is really hard to "catch up" if you are not. Below are 3 options I have as a pre workout:

-nothing at all......I actually love training fasted. Your body can focus on the training and not digestion.

-a piece of raw fruit......it is light on the stomach and gives you some carbs for energy.

-a cup of black coffee......on days you are dragging ass, the small caffeine boost can help get you going.
